• Small-Scale Hydropower developer and operator and machine repair / servicing company for other sectors (i.e.agriculture)

COMPANY TRACK RECORD:

• 4 pico-hydro plants (<5kW).• 11 micro-hydro plants (<100kw)• 80 percent of these projects are still in operation• 1 project has the central grid

BUSINESS MODEL

• Short term: Fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance• Long term: Grid inter connectivity• Different models: village-owned, private sector owned, and jointly

owned by the company and the VECs
