Does it mean? Whoever boast of a false Christ in their false bible is like having prophets and doctrine of Babylon but no Word of God.

Conclusion: 

There are many Babylonian counterfeits (Lamps without oil-See Mat 25) with none of God’s doctrine in them. These leave people confounded and unsaved because of their false Christs and False Prophets (See Mat 24.)
