Obstacles and Challenges Large quantity of work difficult to divide between

team members. One of the group members is unable to attend

school on a regular basis. Creating the Gantt chart and deciding which tasks

and what order. This had been revisited many times while progressing along in the project.

It had been noted that a significant amount of time is required when planning out the stages of a project.

Page 15: Windows 7 installation for sheridan college

Summary Project was an excellent learning experience. Discovered the amount of effort required for planning a

successful project. Dividing the work had made the project less challenging as a

group. We were able to conquer through the challenges and

obstacles and find adequate solutions. Contribution from each and every group member allowed for

the project to be a success. Learnt from our mistakes and did everything possible to

make the implementation of Windows 7 on the Sheridan Network a success with a reasonable amount of time and resources.
