The Three Thieves believe great wine is not a pleasure reserved for kings, but rather a privilege of life—something for everyone to enjoy. So they scour the globe to find the very best wines the world has to offer, and then bring them back to share at a fair and honest price. These “Liberators of Fine Wines” are delighted to present their latest score: a fresh, juicy rosé.

Following harvest, the Syrah and Merlot fruit was gently pressed, and the free-juice was cold settled before a cool fermentation. To ensure freshness and vibrant crispness, we fermented this wine entirely in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation nor oak aging. The final wine showcases a lip-smacking, juicy freshness that perfectly sums up what makes rosé so appealing.

Our delicate rosé shows a pale pink hue in the glass, while the nose brims with aromas of white peach and apricot. The fresh, vibrant palate offers flavors of strawberry and tart cranberry, framed by crisp acidity—perfect for kicking back with friends on a sunny afternoon.
