Four generations of Schrage family ownership have transformed Centier from a small community bank into one of the

largest independently owned and operated banks in Northern Indiana.

Our independent ownership allows us to preserve the qualities of community banking that you enjoy most - local

decision making and the preservation of family values.

Letter from the Chamber

Welcome to the Winfield/Lakes of the Four Seasons corner of Northwest Indiana. We hope you enjoy the community and meet many of the friendly residents and business enterprises. As a dynamic and growing community of 20,000 plus we’re challenged by continuous growth but we want to always be friendly and courteous to newcomers and old friends.

The sole purpose of this Community-Business Directory is to assist you in finding your way around our area. We’re a diversified community which includes the Town of Winfield and the property owners of the Lakes of the Four Seasons. There are many new residential developments under construction and we hope you like what you feel and see. We take pride in our schools, churches, government, businesses and the residential neighborhoods. What you see was created by hardworking, creative citizens who had a vision and the perseverance to make it happen. Volunteerism was and remains a big part of what makes the area so special.

Winfield/LOFS Chamber of Commerce exists to promote beneficial economic development, enhanced growth and development of the businesses and provide leadership and profes-sional resources for the betterment of the community. This directory is published as part of this mission. This is our second edition and we welcome comments and suggestions. We also want to thank the advertisers who made the funding of this project possible.
