Once more, we are looking forward to being your hosts this coming winter – and to turning one of the highlights of your year, a skiing and feel-good holiday at the Albona Nova, into an unforgettable memory.
As we spent all of last summer refurbishing our 320m² SPA, we are planning to take things easy this year – but not too easy! There will be some new additions for you to look forward to:
• 2-3 new junior suites on the ground floor and third floor
• New accommodation quarters for our staff, who have been such faithful compa-nions in all our endeavours through the years and who contribute greatly to the success of your holiday
As in previous years, we kindly ask you to let us know of your desired reservation dates by 5 September 2017 to make sure that we can accommodate your wishes in the best possible way. We would also like to draw your attention to our new packages, the Family Snow Week during the Hessian school holidays and the ladies-only She-Ski-Package in March! We are already looking forward to welcoming you her at the Albona Nova, your home from home in the Zürs mountains!

Single rooms (20 m²) are all north-facing. Each floor has one single room availa-ble. Most of them have a separate bathroom/WC. Like the majority of our rooms, all single rooms come with satellite TV, 3 SKY channels, safe, mini bar, hair-dryer, bathrobe/bath slippers and free W-LAN.
Standard double rooms (25 – 30 m²) all have generously dimensioned double beds, ideal for two adults or 2 adults with a child. Two of our standard double rooms – the ones located on the 3rd floor – may be connected to form a family suite as they have slid-ing doors. Some of our standard double rooms may also be combined with a junior suite.
Comfort double rooms (32 – 36 m²) offer an even greater level of flexibility. They are all gen-erously dimensioned and offer plenty of space for en-joying a holiday as a couple or as a family with up to two children. Two of our Comfort double rooms face the ski lift, the other four come with mountain views and are available with a connecting door.

Junior suites III (48 m²)are always south-facing and come with a large pano-ramic window and an open fireplace (powered by bioethanol) or a sliding door to create a separate sleeping area for children near the window.

Booking conditions: To finalise your booking, please confirm your dates in writing within 7 days. Please note that we also require a deposit of € 500 per room, either by bank transfer or credit card. We strongly recommend a holiday cancellation in-surance to avoid potential cancellation charges. The terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contracts apply. The place of fulfilment is Lech/Zürs. Place of juris-diction: Feldkirch, company registration number: FN 28567K
We accept payment by Visa, Master, Maestro card or in cash. Hotel services may also be paid for by Visa or Eurocard. If external services such as ski passes, ski courses, pay-ments advanced to external providers by reception etc. are paid for by credit card, a 3% credit card fee applies. Arrival and departure: Arrival from 3pm - departure by 11am. To guarantee the possibility of early arrival/late departure, we recommend booking one additional night. A late check-out (after 11am and by 5pm at the latest) is subject to availability and a fee of € 50 per person.

Parking is available in our garage at a daily rate of € 17.
Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the restaurant and the wellness area. An excess cleaning charge of € 20 per day applies.
CHILDREN SLEEPING IN AN EXTRA BED
All prices are given per person and day with gourmet half-board and include service and 13% VAT. Local tax (€ 2.40) is not included.If you do not require dinner on a given day, just let us know before 12 noon on the day and we will deduct € 14,– per meal from your daily rate.Please note that all prices are based on a minimum occupancy of 2 persons per double room or junior suite.
Children up to 3 years are free with breakfast in their parent’s room and could get a min-kid’s halfboard for € 9,– per day.

CHILD-FRIENDLY? YOU BET!Our new, spacious children‘s play area (approx. 30 m²) is located right next to the restaurant and is guaranteed to delight our younger guests, offering a climbing wall, giant Lego blocks, a ball pit with a slide and a range of wall games!
Slightly older children will appreciate our teens’ room with a digital game console, play station, tabletop football and a comfy chill-out corner.
Our in-house cinema shows movies for all age groups three times a day and in two languages. DVDs are also available to borrow.
Travelling with a baby? No problem - we have everything you need. Our baby set comes with a kettle, changing mat, baby monitor, nappy disposal, potty and/or footstool for the bathroom, cot and high chair. We will be pleased to set everything up in your room upon request. If you need a babysitter, we can also help. Just let us know the date and we will book a sitter for you!
The children‘s dinner is served from 6:30pm daily. During the main school holidays, we offer a dedicated children‘s buffet in the evenings.
At the “Kinderland Little Zürs”, childcare is available for children aged +2. Tickets for the ski nursery and the children‘s ski school are available at reception. Ski courses al-ways start on Sunday and Monday, with the final race being held on Friday. The Zürser Skischule operates with small groups and also offers a supervised lunch option for the little ones.

HOW TO REACH US:Coming from Switzerland or Lake Constance, you can reach us at the heart of the Alps via the A7 and B96 roads as far as Lindau. Continue through the Pfänder tunnel on the A14 towards Bregenz, Feldkirch, Bludenz, then along the S16 all the way to Arlberg (exit Langen am Arlberg/Stuben). Pass through Stuben and across the Alpe Rauz and the Flexen pass to Zürs. Coming from the east, i.e. from Munich or Salzburg, take the A8 via Kufstein and the A12 past Innsbruck and continue to St. Anton am Arlberg. Cross the Arlberg pass and turn right towards Zürs at the height of Rauz. Continue to the centre of Zürs and turn left up the hill at the Tourist Information (green “I”). Go uphill for approx. 30 metres and you will arrive di-rectly at our hotel.

Safety first:During the winter months, we usually operate a road closure policy between Warth and Lech for safety rea-sons, which means that we CANNOT be reached via Bregenzerwald forest and the Lechtal valley.

Ski Arlberg is currently the largest interconnected ski region in Austria and Zürs is at the very heart of it!
From Zürs, the Trittkopfbahn I takes skiers to the new intermediate station, from where they may either proceed to the new mountain station of the Trittkopfbahn II or take the new Flexenbahn to the Alpe Rauz in Stuben. From there, they may continue even further on the new Albonabahn II. In addition, skiers are now able to access the resorts of St. Christoph and St. Anton directly from the Alpe Rauz, which means that every single destination in the Arlberg region is easily and comfortably accessible on skis: St. Anton and St. Christoph, Stuben, Zürs, Lech, Oberlech as well as Schröcken and Warth.
