WIRE ROPES FOR CHAIRLIFT AND CABLECAR SOLID POLYMER CORE
Advantages and featuresThis rope offers several advantages against a conventional 6 strands:• Improved surface contact on sheaves and rolls, which results in lower surface pressure on the components (wheels, sheaves, etc) and wear reduction.• Higher resistance to bending fatigue.• Lower vibrations generated by the rope passing through the wheels, causing a more comfortable ride. • Its solid polymer core results in great diameter stability and a good distribution between strands with very low elongation.• Lang torsion.
