Terms and Conditions

1. All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than ten days. At the end of this period, a non-transferable, non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee each reservation. If a deposit is not received your reservation will automatically be released.

2. Only cash or credit card payments will be accepted.

3. All balances must be paid by the 31st October 2018. Once final payment is made, no refunds or credit will be given. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable.

4. Bookings made after the 31st October 2018 must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

5. We reserve the right to change/amend/cancel any function up to 14 working days prior to the event date due to circumstances beyond our control. If you do not wish to accept the alternative offer, your monies will be refunded in full but that will be the limit of the hotel’s liability.

6. Alcoholic beverages that have not been purchased from the hotel are not to be consumed on the premises.

7. The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and the right to refuse service. In addition, the hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by anyone in their group.

8. We require all pre-orders to be received by the 31st October 2018 (where necessary). Any special dietary requirements must be made known to the hotel at least two weeks prior to the event. Some dishes may contain traces of nuts.

9. All details are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to change and availability without prior notice. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.

10. Children are classed as age 3-12 years old and are charged at a reduced price. Under 3’s eat free.

11. All-inclusive drinks package include house wines, draught beer, lager, cider, house spirits (excludes premium draft ales). Drinks included in the package: house wines (red/white/rose), draught beer/lager/cider (no bottles) and house spirits, vodka, whisky, gin, rum, brandy, martini, Irish cream, WKD, soft drinks (no bottles), J20, house cocktail of the day. All drinks must be single measures (25ml), served with a mixer (where applicable).

12. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to book.

A £10 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be taken after ten days of holding the booking for All-inclusive Party Night as well as the Festive Dinner, Festive Afternoon Tea, Christmas Day Lunch and New Year’s Eve Party

A £5 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be required to book onto the festive lunches and Santa Sunday Lunches

Rules of the All-inclusive package:

• All guests must be aged 18 and over • Maximum of two drinks per order. • Guests must move away from the bar once

served. • All guests must sit down for dinner service. • All-inclusive spirits cannot be used for shots. • Wrist bands must be worn and shown to get

drinks. • All-inclusive drinks are either from 9.00pm -

11.30pm or 9.30pm - 12.00am depending on the time of sitting for your party room

• Any drinks not included in the all-inclusive promotion will be charged at the normal bar prices.

• Anyone found to be supplying drinks for guests who are not on the All-inclusive Party Night will be charged for the drinks at the normal bar price.

• The hotel reserved the right to refuse service.
