As İhlas Yapı, we always produced people-oriented projects that always prioritize quality, comfort and economical sustainability since we were engaged in this industry. We always followed up and used technology closely in our works.
Those projects that we constructed were formed by means of these basic concepts. Those projects were discriminated from their competitors ina short time with their rich green areas and wide landscaping areas andbecame mostly-preferred brands.We broke a fresh ground with İhlas Yuva Housing Estate in 1990 whichwe constructed by designing newest concepts in the construction sector.
While there were only 190 subscribers registered to national gasinstitution all around Istanbul, this number of subscribers increasedto 1.190 immediately with İhlas Yuva Housing Estate including 1000residences. Thus, natural gas was firstly used commonly in this housingsite in Istanbul. We also constructed the first housing estate withcombi, water heater and room heater and floor heating in Turkey. Wefirst used panel doors which are lately called American Panel Doors andcommonly used and true heat insulation with extruded polystyrene inthis housing estate.
As of the first day when we started our activities, we always prioritizehuman and environment. We constructed housing and villa estates,holiday resorts, and education campus and business centers withoutsacrificing from the quality. We brought ten thousands of families withtheir “home, sweet homes”. We feel the pleasure of being loved andadmired in all these projects.We look at the future with confidence from the power of İhlas and fromour successful history and we wish many happy years for us!
