Spring CSV must have 51 columns. 4 Name elements; some LEA used punctuation; did not use standard apostrophe 5 Last Name included generational suffix and had a comma between name and suffix. 6 Do not use a comma in any column in the CSV format; will cause another column. 7 State Optional Data areas were not a string; but separate columns. PARCC does not accept separate columns within that area. Once the Fall Block upload was completed, no critical warnings were indicated for Maryland local school systems.
