Woking Archery Club The Woking Double - 2020 World Record Status Date & Timings: Sunday 14 th June 2020. Registration & Inspection from 07:30. Assembly 08:45. Practice at 09:00. Please note: Archery GB proof of membership must be shown at registration. Location: Woking Archery Club, Deers Farm Close, Wisley, Woking, Surrey GU23 6QX. Find Woking AC Rounds: Double WA 70m, WA 60m & WA 50m rounds. Tier 3 Ranking points available. Judges Chairman of Judges: Andrew Trimble. Assisted by: Steve Vallis Awards: Gold Medals for each category only. Results will be published at the end of the event via Ianseo & WAC website. Entry and Fees: Fee: £20 per Archer. No Refunds from Sunday 7 th June 2020. Online entry available at: TBA Bosses: Tenzone layered foam bosses. Rules: World Archery rules and Archery GB rule 307 (dress regulations) will apply. Music will be played during the event. Divisions: Compound, Recurve, Longbow and Barebow Classes: Senior, Junior & Cadet - Men and Women. Food Food and drinks will be available for breakfast (bacon/sausages & vegetarian options etc.). There will be a barbecue at lunchtime. Catering provided by Woking AC. Facilities: Toilets are provided on the field. Smoking/Alcohol: Smoking/Vaping allowed behind the tents only. No alcohol is allowed on the field. Liability: Woking AC will not be liable for damage to cars or other property at the event. Dogs: Dogs are allowed on the field but should be kept on a lead at all times. Drugs: Archers competing at record status tournaments are liable for drug testing, and competitors approached to give samples must comply. A refusal will be treated as a positive result. By entering this shoot the Parent/Guardian of Junior athletes are giving consent to their child being drug tested if approached. Photos: In line with the recommendation in the Archery GB Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy, the organisers of this event request that any person wishing to engage in any video, zoom or close range photography should register their details with the Organisers at the registration desk before carrying out any such photography. If parents/carers have any particular concern about their child/young person being photographed or filmed they should notify the organisers. The organiser reserves the right to decline entry to any person unable to meet or abide by these conditions.
