His planning has improved and he has made use of well-chosen resources. He has established a good rapport with the groups he has taught and teaches with confidence and an interest in the learners he works with. He will need continued focus on language analysis and fully exploiting the materials he uses, but this will undoubtedly come with further practice. He is enthusiastic and supportive of his peers.
