• All around the world, gender equality is a important topic.

• Although country is developed or undeveloped, women in business life or women in political life or women in the family life, women have to participate as equal as men.

• In Turkey, the number of working women is gradually increasing because of increasing of education level.

• First times in history, • In 1843, Woman studied medicine, midwifery.• In 1847, women&men have equal right of

inheritance.• In 1869, first women magazine published.• In 1869, first women training college was opened.• In 1876, primary school is made mandatory for

girls&boys.• In 1913, women started to work government

offices, like government officer.
