If there is more vitamin C present inside of the various orange juice samples then the solution of orange juice will therefore titrate at an exponential rate when reacting with iodine.

1.Fill the Erlenmeyer flash with 50mL of the Tropicana Orange Juice.

2. Add 20 or more drops of the starch solution.3.Slowly dispense the iodine solution into the Erlenmeyer

flask until the starch completely changes color to a dark purple. Record the initial and final volume of the buret of iodine.

4.Repeat steps 1-3 substituting the various orange juices at your disposal.

Based on our experimental data we can conclude that the more natural orange juice is DIRECTLY proportional to the amount of vitamin C. Therefore our experimental data sufficiently supports our hypothesis.
