Trendsetting. For more than 85 years!

Lohberger his renowned for its close and individual part-nershiips that they have formed with their customers since 1925 and has been the leading manufacturer in the core mar-kets in Austria, Germany and Switzerland for many years.

Based in Schalchen (Upper Austria), the company has always been committed to innovation in both sectors “Wood stoves for domestic use” and “Canteen kitchens for professional use”. Thanks to this approach now the brand Lohberger is synony-mous with first-rate products and prime quality “Made in Aus-tria” at an international level.

However, keeping up traditions also means encouraging in-novations and embracing new technologies. Consequently Lohberger is at the forefront when it comes to research and development.

Qualified members of staff, modern production systems and reliable business partners make sure that things run smoothly from the design to the manufacture and finally to the instal-lation. Due to an ingenious logistic system the appliances can be delivered within the shortest space of time.

Traditional.Natural heating. Naturally Lohberger.

Wood has been used to produce energy for generations. Being a natural and environmentally-friendly materi-al, wood gives you a wonderful feeling of warmth in the privacy of your home.

Especially in today’s world, sustainable sources of energy have become increasingly important. The current focus of attention is the mixture between traditional, well-tried, and contem-porary heat production. International, as well as alpine de-signs, provide a wide selection to choose from, transforming our stoves into the gem of every home. Every stove is designed to satisfy your individual requirements.

Our aim to give you a feeling of comfort, enjoying the crackle of burning logs in your home on a cold winter‘s evening, has become a reality for us. Wood is our domestic energy, rene-wable and absolutely independent from nuclear power or cru-de oil. What’s more, this supports the domestic economy and new jobs are created.

Our tradition – strengthened by Lohberger!

More output from the same quantity of wood: What you can see here is the most significant advantage of LOHBERGER‘S wood fuel stoves - the patented JETFIRE system.

• Environmentally-friendly combustion

• Low fuel consumption

• High ease of use

Two minor features that make all the difference:Firstly the flames are focused directly above the combustion chamber; secondly they are mixed with fresh air. This ‘turbo effect’ results in the fuel’s being burned at temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees, leaving virtually no residue.

TEMPERATURE OF FLAMES UP TO 1,200° C highest efficiency can be achieved JETFIRE FLAME BUNDLING PLATE ensures concentration of flames SECONDARY AIR SUPPLY guarantees ideal combustion COMBUSTION CHAMBER PRIMARY AIR SUPPLY

Systems designed by Lohberger will add comfort and style to your home.

Not only can Lohberger wood fuel stoves be used to provide hot water but also to operate the central heating system, sa-tisfying the heat requirements of the entire house and as a consequence eliminating the dependence on oil and gas.

Simply light a fire in the stove, and the heating circuit as well as the hot-water storage tank will be supplied with the heated water. In the rare event that the stove fails to generate enough heat, a reservoir ensures the heating of the rooms.

Your home will be centrally heated via the stove in the kit-chen. Simply with wood from domestic forests.

Reasonably priced comfort provided by Lohberger.

Comfortable. For the entire home.

Geprüft nach: DIN EN 12815 und österr. Art. 15a B-VG

Stuttgarter Norm, Münchner Verordnung und

den Anforderungen der BImschV.

SATISFYING THE MOST STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS WHERE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IS CONCERNED

All plants require carbon dioxide (CO²) to encourage their growth. During combustion, wood only emits the same amount of CO2 that it previously held as a tree. It makes no difference whether the wood burns or rots in the forest – the CO² emissions always remain constant! New trees reabsorb carbon dioxide; thus heating with wood corresponds to the natural biological cycle and does not contribute to the green-house effect.

Wood is also a renewable fuel and therefore an inexpensive and reliable source of energy. Furthermore, LOHBERGER stoves are designed to get the most out of each piece of wood.Plenty of reasons for solid fuel stoves from LOHBERGER!

7

Lohberger professional advice: Pay attention to the level of residual moisture in firewood!í Damp or wet wood does not burn completely.í Only use air dried wood with a maximum residual moisture of 20%.í The wood should be dried for at least one year.í Do not use treated, coated or coloured wood.í Wood is carbon neutral and does not contribute to greenhouse effect.

PELLET MODULE - LCP

There is nothing worse than a cold kitchen early in the mor-ning or after a long day at work. With the patented pellet module, Lohberger created a stove which can be heated with wood in combination with pellets.

Using a timer, in combination with a room thermostat (not included), the pellet burner automatically ignites the wood placed in the firebox and then shuts down after the heating-up phase is complete. Once the firewood has burnt down and no further fuelling takes place the burner once again reactiva-tes itself and feeds more pellets.

The heat output is variable between 2.5 kW and 7.0 kW.

Picture: LCP 80 with ceramic® cooking hob; Design: Classic; Colour: cream; Glass viewing window to the combustion chamber; Flue: rear/left; the pellet module is attached as a standard on the side of the combustion chamber, in the left fixed fire protection unit (7,5 cm)

PELLET MODULEPictured is the pellet auger. This is positioned at the base of the hopper and automatically feeds the pellets into the bur-ner.

PELLET STORAGE CONTAINERThe hopper holds approximately 15 kg and should last for around 24 hours whilst producing and output of 3 kw. However, you can add firewood at any time. The pellet module can be combined with the CLASSIC series (including oven).

FIREBOXLower left picture shows the mouth where the flames are de-livered from the pellet burner to the firebox.

Assemble your stove according to your requirements! LOHBERGER’s latest VARIO|LINE concept makes it possible. Instead of the ‘ready-made ordinary stove’ we manufacture your individual custom-made stove between 4 to 6 weeks. First of all you select the desired mo-dules and optional functions. Then you decide on their dimensions and performance; and finally, it’s up to you to choose the design and optional equipment. All these components will be integrated in your individual stove, matching your expectations down to the last detail.

LOHBERGER = FOR RELIABILITY AND LOW MAINTEANCE

One day’s fuel supply can be stored in the spacious and smooth-running firewood storage drawer.

The ash grate is easy to handle with closed doors. As a result the formation of dust, which used to pose a problem in the past, can be avoided and you do not run the risk of getting burnt by embers or hot ash.

The stove frame is made of stainless steel, while the stove plate consists of smoothly polished special steel or glass-ceramics (Ceran®).

All exterior parts as well as the oven feature a double-coat of enamel finish. As a result the surface is non-porous, heat-resistant and thus easy to take care of.

CENTRAL HEATINGSTOVE

Economical, environmentally-friendly

and versatile:

LOHBERGER’s central heating stoves are tremendously efficient ‘heat supply stations’ for your home. Whether as the sole source of heat or as a supplementary heating system for oil, gas, electricity or solar power – the central heating stove can be efficiently integrated into any existing heating system without problems.

23

You can cook, roast, bake, boil hot water and heat the enti-re house. This does everything in one. You save electricity, cut down on energy costs and go easy on the environment! The ide-al combination.

The height-adjustable grate in the firebox of stoves of type ‚ZEH’ can be regulated from summer to winter modes by means of a crank. The highest grate setting means that the power output is reduced by 50 % while maintaining the same cooking and roa-sting temperature. The lowest grate setting allows maximum fuel load and maximum heat radiation.
