Formed in 2004, we are a family run company who specialise in building bespoke renovations and extensions for clients throughout Cheshire.

We carry out both domestic and commercial work, including home and commercial property extensions, refurbishment of domestic and business properties and new builds.

Woodside Building and Joinery have a professional team, qualified in city and guilds and over the years, we have built an extensive portfolio of customers who come back to us with

A bespoke, residential project consisting of a new kitchen and rear extension complete with aluminium bi-folding doors and electrics throughout.

An under floor heating system (polypipe overlay system) was installed and oak flooring laid. The rear wall was removed and we created a new decking area to the rear of the property.

This eco build renovation consisted of a double story wrap around extension, a single rear extension and a total renovation throughout.

This included an entire re-wiring of the property, the installation of an air circulating system to pump fresh air around the property and an STO render system with High U value.

We installed three new bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with underfloor heating, bamboo flooring and re-decoration throughout.

We also installed solar panels to heat the hot water with the central heating system specially design to achieve the most efficiency out of the system.

A total renovation with a new kitchen and bathroom suite. New flooring was laid and the wiring was completely refitted. We installed a new boiler with new radiators and ensured a full decoration throughout.

Extension & renovation

The back of the bungalow was removed and a kitchen extension was installed. The garden was fully landscaped and new retaining walls were put in place.

We created a bespoke rear single story extension with a double extension to the side of the building and the addition of grey power coated aluminium bi-folding doors. A new kitchen was installed complete with underfloor heating.

Extension & renovation

We renovated the 1st floor bedroom and installed a fully fitted ensuite bathroom. The original garage was converted to expand the existing hallway and an entirely new garage was subsequently built.

For a second project on Banastre Drive, we built a rear and side extension and installed a feature screen with bi folding doors. A fully bespoke kitchen was fitted and the garage was converted to a childs play room.
