Hybrid technology IMM Energy saved 30% through Servo motor controlled screwdriving & concurrent opening/closing of mold during charging

Increased productivity- Processing time reduced through simultaneous and combined motion of mold opening/closing & charging.

- Processing time reduced through the increase of screw rotation number by high powered Servo motor.

- Enabled the tandem mold and stack mold molding.

Energy saving and reduction in noise level - The charging process consuming more than 50% of total energy adopted the Servo motor to save energy (more than 30%) and to reduce the noises.

Stabilized precision control - The closed-loop control by the high responsive Servo motor enabled the realization ofexcellent responsiveness and precision in the plasticizing process

- The hydraulic pressure dispersion effect by servo motor in the chargng process enabledthe easy control of fluid temperature for precision control.

- The application of separate proportional control valves to control the molding product position enabled the mold protection.
