WORDS OF WISDOM Editorial: Conscious Cleansing with Divine Love Greetings, once again, to all who read this. I’m kind of lost for words as the progression of the changes continue on our beloved Gaia. I am thrilled as more humans awaken to the lifting of consciousness on Gaia for all life. This lifting is all about Divine Love that, at the end of the day, embodies all that is really of substance and lasting value. All else is an illusion here in 3D density, albeit when experiencing all that encompasses the fear paradigm, it seems very real. One of the secrets is to be aware of that old illusion, but choose powerfully to put one’s energies to only that which is Love. Folks, it is really not as hard as it used to be, yet if we have forgotten from whence we all come, then it will be an individual journey to remember. You will have to work through your baggage once and for all. The Plant & Tree Kingdom is most assuredly upping her energy & frequency at this time. WOTE is busier these days as more dear folks find us in order to do their selflove, self compassion & selfforgiveness work. It is wonderful to see folks from all walks of life appear at our door asking for help, mentioning that this or that one (whom we do not know) had told them to come to WOTE for help for working on their emotional and spiritual journey. They say that their friend told them that the Essences are great allies for doing their work, as the consciousness of Gaia continues to rise, going back to only Divine Love. Dualism is ending folks, yet in order for that to happen, all negativity must be cleansed, lifted up from Gaia and neutralized according to the Divine Plan. This also means that we may have strange dreams that we do not like, and also do not feel are really part of us. Let such pass through you, and with intention, transmute it into love. What about earth changes and the farmer’s situation concerning many well known Essences? Well, many are moving smoothly through different transitions, while others are not faring so well. This lifting is all about Divine Love that, at the end of the day, embodies all that is really of substance and lasting value. Black Spruce – A Majestic Journey!
My personal journey with Black Spruce has been majestic. I arrived home late last night from my Level 1 training and I can sincerely and profoundly say that I am a different person today, in many ways. The training gave me an incredibly increased awareness and major shifting of perception towards my use of Black Spruce. I liked the “Black” due to her purging my shadow side, my fear, through my dream-‐state. I look forward to discovering how She can facilitate the deep healing of those darker, more hidden aspects of oneself.
My wife reminded me that Black Spruce was my first love, over twenty years ago. Only when she enunciated the Latin name, Picea mariana, did I make the connection that this essence was the one that I have always had a passion for. As a holistic healer, it is profoundly awakening and a great blessing to have the Tree and Plant Kingdom enliven my Soul. To hear about the multitude of healing properties Black Spruce possesses is mind-‐boggling, and will take some time and experience to fathom. I feel blessed to enter into this new relationship. Ed. The earth is shifting. We see evidence of that daily, in our weather, in our attitudes and in the media circus. Life is in the state of flux and we are all feeling it. And if you follow your knowing about the wisdom of the plants and trees, you know that “they" are shifting as well. When you receive an essence that you love and it smells different than what you're used to, it probably comes from a different batch, a different year, or,
like a fine wine, it has ripened to a deeper self. For instance, Barry always says that if you love a certain lavender, buy as much as you can, because if
we receive a different batch from the same farmer, it might not smell the same. I know in the world of aromatherapy, some companies say that their oils will

always smell exactly the same, year after year. That is impossible when you are working with pure essences from the earth. Like us, the plants are always growing and changing. This ability to change and go with the flow is an important skill to hone. As a society, we must reach a level of emotional maturity that is able to handle what is before us without letting it affect us. With the insidious chem-trail program, Monsanto poisons, and the slave mentality that is prevalent in our society, we, as a mature people, must, if we choose, stand in our sovereignty and adapt to the situation with as much love as possible. The plants and trees are able to adapt to the environment, and so can we. How do we stand in love, outside of the matrix, watching and not being affected by it? How do we get healthier in a society bent on making

A Journey to Complete Peace…with White Pine I sat on the edge of our bed one night, a place I’ve often sat in tears, wondering why my husband doesn’t understand me. I painted a picture for my husband, a picture with my words, of a dream that I have had. I see a beautiful cabin-‐like shed on the edge of the woods…in the corner of our yard, under the guardian pines. A place where anyone can come to feel whole and learn to love themselves, to learn that it’s not only “okay” if you do…it is amazing! It’s what the Divine wants for us!
I want to provide that space…that loving environment where people know that they are loved just exactly as they are…know that they don’t have to be anyone or anything different, and that they don’t have to satisfy the needs of others at the sacrifice of themselves. I just want others to feel exactly the way I feel, however they can attain that...to let them know, like I know, that the Universe and Nature, with all its devas and sprites and spirits and essences, LOVES us and will always protect and care for us. That is what she wants…I sit under my guardian pines and feel my ancestors and my Earth Mother protecting me and loving me, guiding me and accepting me.
I sat quietly for a moment, realizing that, as I shared my dream, I hadn’t allowed space for anything else but acceptance. After a few moments passed, my husband said “We could do that.” I never felt more in love with him than in that moment, not because “I was getting what I wanted” but because I had completely shown myself, and was met with complete acceptance. Something I had been seeking for a long time. He understands.
Eight years after my first awakened visit with the Pines, we spent a sunny day, my family of four, pouring cement, making handprints, and preparing the site for a “healing shack”. The man I used to resent for holding back my free spirit and keeping me in the realm of responsible adult was clearing away sticks and smoothing out the ground for a place where people will gather and share love and dreams. We have come a long way. The Pines were there too. Of course.
This is a stretch for my husband, to be able to let go of what is conventional. I feel his love for me through this project. A friend asked him “You’re building what??” And I heard him say “She’s never complained about a single thing I’ve wanted to do, this is the least I can do for her.” My heart melted. And he’s listened to me intently several times as the dream grows and I ramble on about how I can help others by providing this space! He offers support, unloads trusses, and gives suggestions for where the fireplace should go…our creative selves have met, and fallen in love. This man who is giving from his heart to fulfill a dream from mine…that is a soul mate.
It is now a routine at our home that, as I tuck the girls into bed at night, they await whatever essence has called to me, or them, if they have a calling that evening. I love that it’s natural for the kids to allow the Essences into their lives. I feel peaceful tucking them in for the night, or sending them to school for the day, knowing that the Essences will guide them, and knowing deep in my heart that they will only know these ways, and will offer them to their children. I smile when I hear my 13 year-‐old talking to her friend, telling her that she uses Ylang Ylang on her heart when she’s nervous for a test. It is part of their lives and always will be.
The feminine to me, White Pine essence, connects me to my roots, connects me with self-‐love and honoring what serves me. I sit at her feet and she comforts and protects me. I take that feeling with me everywhere. Her love, like the love from all of the Essences, is a reminder from nature that we have all that we need, and that they are here to help us. She guides my daily steps and inspires my dreams as I sleep, and I will never be without Her. What a beautiful reminder of love through the ages. I sit in peace. Complete peace.

“I am falling in love with Cistus. She is beautiful!” This I wrote to my wonderful WOTE teacher just seven days after beginning my relationship with Her. The energy of this plant spoke to me immediately and brought to mind the words of a beautiful prayer (at right).
Anointed with essences in Level 1, I could feel the oils working on every level of my being, as we discussed, shared and reflected upon each one. From the moment I opened the bottle of Cistus and applied the oil to my skin, I was transported – both by scent and vibration. Taking in a second, deeper inhalation, the relationship began.
This oil, with its curious and intoxicating scent, is from the plant known as Rock Rose. Native to the Mediterranean, this simple but showy flowering plant announces a five-petaled flower, with some species having a small, yet noticeably different colored dot at the base of each
petal. Gazing upon her flower is like gazing at a mandala.
There is a deep sense of the Mother with this essence, and perhaps that is one of the reasons Cistus is so wonderful at helping heal old woundings. A Mother’s love heals all. The first time I used the oil outside of class I remember one of the first things I noticed was a deep sense of ease and well-being. There was a profound sense of knowing, of remembrance, of connectedness.
While my relationship to date has been mainly spiritual, Cistus gives us many physical uses…among them, regenerative and healing properties for the skin, including skin cancers. A powerful blood coagulant, Cistus is also a star for boosting or building the immune system and for treating respiratory ailments. I also found this essence helps relieve headaches when applied to the temples and forehead.
What I have not shared is everything that has happened in my life since the first day after the class…a separation from my partner with, let’s just say, extreme karmic impact, a physical relocation, and the passing of both of my beautiful dogs. While life changes, rearranges and finds its new rhythm, I am honored, blessed and grateful to share this dance with Cistus. I am in love with Cistus!

Falling in Love with Cistus (Rock Rose)

I was lined up at the gate with other spirits, waiting for my turn to choose my mother and go to the earth. I was so excited about the experiences waiting for me there and accomplish-‐ing my life purpose. After a while, my turn came and there was a TV which shows women who are candidates as my mother. I didn’t like the first one because she seemed too busy, so I sand “No” to a gatekeeper standing beside the TV. And then, when I saw the third one, I intuitively thought she was the one! As soon as I told the gatekeeper, he sent me to earth. I took off from the universe and went into my mother’s womb.
It was warm and comfortable. In the Womb, I could hear voices and feel her emotions. Sometimes she was worried if I was going to be born healthy. I told her it was going to be OK many times, but she wouldn’t listen. One day, her friend introduced her to aroma essences, Laurel Leaf and Geranium, and I liked them! I thought, they can reduce her anxiety, and also, I felt the essences were calling me. I felt that she was not into the essences, so I asked her to use them. Yes! She put them on her belly and chest, and we felt so relaxed.
At the same time, I heard voice from the essence. She said “Welcome to the earth. We will guide you to live in this 3D world. Whenever you en-‐counter difficulties or begin to forget the purpose of your life, listen to your heart and plants and trees or us. We
Are all there to support you.”
Although I loved my mother, I began to regret that I chose her because she got more and more anxious as the delivery date approached, and it made me sad. Therefore, the message from the essence gave me reassurance. Also they helped me to communicate with my mother. After she started using them regularly, her heart was more open. When I told her that I wanted her to tell me she loves me, she actually said that and I got so happy!
Finally, the time for separation from her came, and that day, I was outside of her womb. I saw her crying with happiness and I felt so happy. Even after I was born, the essences were always with me. Whenever I got sick, injured, or anxious, my mother put essences on me. As I grew up, I began to lose the memory I had before I was born, but in my heart I felt its remembrance in the essence, so I felt safe in this world.
This story is based on my Level 2 experience and the work of Dr. Akira Ikegawa on prenatal/birth memory, as well as between-‐life memories. The research shows the top words fetuses wants to hear from their parents is “I love you”. In Japanese culture, we don’t say I love you to those whom we actually love…we are shy and embarrassed to express it in words. But however our culture is, fetus or our souls need to hear the words, “I love you”. I feel strongly that we, Japanese, need love, and this is what I can do with essences…and the key to spreading love is parents-‐to-‐be and children.

Dear Barry, Cynthia & Audre…I was recently able to heal a sore on my neck that I have had for 3 years. I tried everything. My husband kept telling me to go to the doctor. Growing in western Australia, Fragonia is a wonderful Peace Teacher. I find it interesting that when I researched the etymology of agon in the dictionary, every vein that comes up has to do with conflict, pain and variance…so apropos when acquainting oneself with this amazing Deva. She has clearly spoken to me over the years about this very attribute of Hers -‐-‐ to calm the weary who are participating in some level of pain or conflict. She teaches us to do our work and be at peace with ourselves first, and then out to others. If we would mind our own business more and find peace, this will definitely speed up the process of change within humanity. Interesting that the Plants and Trees know all about this, and are our great allies on this issue.
For the physical body Fragonia facilitates and aids the following: Anti-‐microbial; Anti-‐inflammatory; Analgesic; Expectorant; Hormonal Harmony; Immune Booster; Jet Lag; Moon Harmony and Respiratory Harmony.

Introducing a Medicinal Angel: Fragonia (agonis fragrans)
My Experiences with Fragonia…from a Level 1 paper by Diana H., Santa Fe, NM
I use Fragonia over my heart every night. She has taught me lessons about myself. One Sunday in April, I drove to Cochiti Lake, to try out my new wetsuit, and then ride my bike. I did not know the water temperature. As I was walking to the water, a guy stopped me and asked if I was going to use a wetsuit with sleeves. I told him I only had sleeveless. I waded into the water and noticed the water took my breath away. I stopped swimming to warm up my arms. “I can do this,” I told myself. My plan was to swim 25 minutes out and then turn around. As I was swimming, I was freezing! I told myself “Do not think about how you feel.” I cut my plan short at 15 minutes out. I swam back to shore. I was so light-‐headed, I could barely remove my wet suit. I then sat in the car shivering…I was not able to ride my bike. Later, I saw a friend and told her what I had done. She said “You are crazy girl! Cochiti is in the 40’s!” I was shocked. Later that night, the thought hit me “You are so headstrong that you do not use common sense! You could have put your life in danger!” This lesson taught me to “slow down”, “listen to my body” and “use my five senses.”
While researching my Level 1 paper, I saw a recommendation to apply Fragonia on my chakra points. I did so, and during my sleep that night, I felt like my soul was expanding beyond my body. My spirit was floating above my body and wanted to expand in all directions, as far as it could. This feeling gave me confidence and I wanted to try new experiences and meet new people. I now have the realization that, while using Fragonia over the past few months, I have joined a women’s cycling group and I have met new friends. Ed. As many are sharing in this issue, letting go of baggage is a critical step in embracing our Divinity, our higher level of functioning in these curious and unsettling times. I recently wrote an Essential Thought on my blog about the physical detoxification process, and its importance to health, healing and optimum functioning. I focused on the three legs of the detoxification stool: Toxicity, Nutrients and Stress. Briefly, the toxicity deals with the avalance of toxins we are subjected to on a daily basis – chemtrails, preservatives and GMOs in our food, chlorinated water (and worse), fracking, and, as Barry would say, on and on. The body must attempt to rid itself of all of these poisons, and needs the proper nutrients to do so. That is where food -- whole, alive, and nutritious – comes in. The third leg, stress, has to do with how stress impairs the body’s ability to heal itself, so reducing stressors and effectively managing the stress we cannot avoid, is another key component of health.
However, in this issue of Words of Wisdom, we speak about the other detoxification that must take place…the spiritual and emotional detoxification, or, in contemporary parlance, the letting go of “baggage” so that we can move forward and claim a higher vibrational experience on our Mother Earth. Barry mentioned this in his Editorial and Cynthia talked about adapting to the change and staying in the love paradigm as much as possible (with the help of our conifer friends).
The beautiful story of White Pine, and her effect upon a family learning to let go of past history and create a story of harmony really brought home how much the plants and trees can help us in letting go of our old stories so that we can create new and more satisfying ones. Theresa’s dance with Cistus, supporting her in re-imagining her life through significant change and loss…is not far-fetched in the slightest, if you have ever received the support you needed to move forward from an essence that became near and dear to your heart. And Fragonia…who can forget her gift of getting us to re-write the scripts that play in our mind that Diana experienced so profoundly? Fragonia helps bring them to consciousness so that they can be looked at in the light of day and replaced with more honoring and loving self-talk. And Mikie...her story reminds us that baggage may be in the form of cultural teachings and expectations. Certainly harder to let go of, but imagine the impact of making different, more loving and healing choices on a whole society, as individual choice after individual choice ripples out in ever-widening circles! Truly a testament to the power of the individual and the essences. Why not start detoxifying your soul?
