Bank of America- Interim SiteBellevue, Washington

A temporary relocation of Bank of Amer-ica Branch from its current site while the current site is being redesigned for a high rise office tower. Project features use of mod-ular structures with exterior envelope pro-viding a sense of permanent structure. Programmed for two drive-through tellers and parking.

Massing forms and glazing positioned to accentuate building functions, all com-bined with a simple palette of materials to create a unique and visually expres-sive building of commerce. The design offers a designated entrance accessi-ble from the corner, weather protected, glazed storefront directly adjacent to the street and unique juxtapositions of ma-terials combined to make the temporary structure fit within the urban context and a good neighbour to adjacent properties.
