This programme refines future employees.

There are many persons who have a whelm of

potential but it is often never harnessed.

Therefore, in Barbados' first online environment

that connects the expert with the apprentice, their

potential becomes limitless.

Our programme connects prospective employees

with an employed or retired individual who has

five or more years of experience. This enables

them to receive professional guidance from an

expert in their field because we understand that

in order to change the work dynamic, you must

first change the individual.

By selecting your next candidate from our pool of

registered prospective employees, you receive an

individual who is dedicated to achieving professional

development. This is essential to your organisation as

empowered employees can produce new ideas,

increase productivity and even maximise your sales.

Our mentors are volunteers from around the island who have

decided to share their knowledge and experience with a fellow

Barbadian.

You can also join our WORK-Mentor Programme and become

a mentor for free! All of our mentors receive training and enjoy
