Work Experience: BYUtv http://www.byutv.org/ At BYUtv my official job title was: Broadcast Engineer. My main work focus was to provide onsite services to the BYU Devotional program that was held on a weekly basis. For each of these programs I was in charge of setting up the connections from the site where the program was held to the BYUtv production building. This on average was around 4 camera connections, 2 teleprompter connections, and several miscellaneous video feed connections. Each of these connections varied from fiber optic, to HDMI, to coaxial switch boards. My job was to ensure that the production ran smoothly and that BYUtv was able to broadcast the program to live TV. I was credited as an Engineer for the following programs: https://speeches.byu.edu/talks/sondra-heaston_keeping-your-fingers-on- the-pulse-of-service/ https://speeches.byu.edu/talks/mark-b-colton_never-give-up-on-your- testimony-of-the-gospel/ https://speeches.byu.edu/talks/barry-willardson_strangers-and- pilgrims-on-the-earth/ https://speeches.byu.edu/talks/claudine-bigelow_creativity/
