The purpose of this work instruction is to provide guidance to Media Sales Advisors (MSAs) and supporting Production teams, on how to key Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Standalone and Search
Engine Optimisation (SEO) for Sensis Websites products in iGen Office.

Instruction Tasks Start Here
1. Keying the Standalone SEO product in iGen Office The standalone SEO product can be sold to customers who have a website built and maintained by themselves or a third party vendor e.g. not a Sensis Website product.
Refer to Section 3 of this document for the keying steps required to key a new SEO for Sensis Websites child product to an existing Sensis Website product.
SEO cannot be sold into sensitive headings. SEO cannot be sold to customers whose website is built primarily in Adobe Flash. This is due to the
incompatibility with search engine algorithms which therefore impacts SEO outcomes.
Step Action
1-1 Log in to iGen Office and search for the relevant Advertiser ID.
1-2 Navigate to the Order Management domain.
1-3 From the Transactions menu on the left hand side, expand Order then click on New Order.
1-4 Populate the Sales Rep, Billing Advertiser ID-Name and correct Campaign Code fields, and then click Submit.

1-5 Select the order from the Purchased Products List by ensuring the check box is ticked. Then under Transactions click New P. Product.
1-6 Add the SEO product, Offer and the SEO Tier from the dropdown list.
Check that the Cancellation Fee Exempt field is set to ‘No’
To check the price of the product, click on the Pricing tab.

1-7 Populate the Business and Category fields, and then click Submit & Upd Attr.
1-8 Click on the Attributes tab, then click the Website/Mobile URL drop down to check if the customer
has an existing URL.
If this is not to be used for the SEO product, next to the Website/Mobile URL field, click on Create.

1-9 In the URL Vanity popup, enter the customers website URL and then Click Submit.

1-11 Populate the Electronic Instructions field with information such as the keywords discussed with the customer during the sale, the preferred welcome call time and date; and any website
information captured such as the customers website login details; then click Save.

Attach the completed Campaign Brief to the SEO product before order close.
In order to attach the Campaign Brief to the product before closing the order, follow the steps
in tasks 1 and 3 of WI-X0615 Load Document from Order Management

Once the Campaign Brief is attached to the SEO product, continue on to step 1-14 below.
Below the Electronic Instructions, the Instructions Form will display the hyperlink to the
attached Campaign Brief.
1-14 Select the order from the Purchased Product List. Then, under the Transactions menu expand Order and click Close Order.

1-15 Verify the order details and populate any additional relevant fields.
Once verified and complete, click Close & Submit Order.
2. Keying New Sensis Website and SEO for Sensis Websites products This section of the work instruction covers the steps required to key an SEO for Sensis Websites product if the customer is purchasing a new Sensis Website product and a new SEO product.
Step Action
2-1 Log in to iGen Office and search for the relevant Advertiser ID.

Follow WI-2014-744 Key a Sensis Website Order and Cancellation to key a Sensis Website order, but DO NOT CLOSE THE SENSIS WEBSITE ORDER.
You must add the Website/Mobile URL to the Sensis Website product as SEO for Sensis Websites will inherit this value.
Once you have completed the above, continue to step 2-3.

Locate the Sensis Website Product that you just created.
2-4 Select the order from the Purchased Product List by ensuring the check box is ticked, then under Transactions click New P. Product.

The SEO Requested Start Date must match the Sensis Website Requested Start Date.

3. Keying a New SEO for Sensis Websites product to an Existing Sensis Website Product
This section of the work instruction covers the steps required to key an SEO for Sensis Websites product if the customer has an existing Sensis Website product.
Step Action
3-1 Log in to iGen Office and search for the relevant Advertiser ID.
3-2 Navigate to the Order Management domain.
3-3 Create a new Order.

From the Purchased Product List, select the existing Sensis Website order by ensuring the check box is ticked. Then, under the Transactions menu expand Product and click New P. Product.
SEO can only be sold with Sensis Website Basic, Professional and Premium products, as such ensure that the correct Sensis Website product is selected, else follow BAU processes
to upgrade customer.

Add the SEO for Sensis Websites child product and populate the Related Product field. Choose the required SEO Tier from the dropdown list
