DEF-106104A Brief Extension History grid displays on the Dispute Summary and includes manual staff changes when a Brief Schedule has been changed without a Request submitted by external users.

New columns and updates to theBrief Extension History table:

1. For Brief – identifies the Brief being extended

2. Extension Requested By – identifies who submitted the Request, and also displays the Extension Request received date; was previously titled Submitting Party

3. Brief Due Date – has been replaced by three fields:

• Requested Due Date – Date the external Party requested

• Due Date Moved From – Original Due Date prior to the change

• Due Date Moved to – Resulting Due Date following the change

4. Request Status – has been reformatted to display:

• For a Request – [Approved/Denied] on [Task Completion Date] by [Staff Name]

• For manual staff change – [Staff Name] changed on [Date of Change]

Key Changes: 1. In the Dispute Business Event column, the field has been updated to Manually Updated Brief

Due Date.2. The Dispute Business Details column has been reformatted as: For Due Date: “From [Due Date

Moved From] to [Due Date Moved To] for [For Brief] – [Brief Type]”.3. The User Name column displays the staff member that manually changed the Due Date.4. The Date column indicates the date the action was performed.

The Dispute Business Events Log Summary displays all changes that were made by internal staff to the Brief Due Date, Status, or Type.

DEF-195103An E-Mail option has been added to the Manner of Service drop-down menu for all Parties on all Certification screens. The e-mail will then be created and sent by the external user outside of the WCAIS application.

Wherever the Manner of Service column is present on a

correspondence, the E-Mailvalue will be displayed.

Note: A copy of the Petition will be on the external Dashboard for

them to serve Parties.



DEF-222026A Profile Status section has been added to all WCAIS Profiles with Valid and Invalid radio buttons, a Validation Reason text field, and a Validation Date field to provide Data Quality staff with the ability to mark a Profile as Valid or Invalid. This section can be viewed by both staff and external users.

Note: The Valid and Invalid radio buttons, Validation Reason text field, and Validation Date are editable only by Data Quality staff. These fields are disabled for all other staff

with edit capabilities.

DEF-216513 Common All Profiles can successfully be updated when in Inactive status.

DEF-215984 Common As part of the WCAIS Archive and Purge Phase IV process, the Record Retention Rules have been applied to the following four subject areas: Claims, EDI, Records Request, and URO Data.

DEF-221680 WCOA When an Exhibit is uploaded by an external user, WCAIS will confirm that the document was successfully stored in the database before displaying a confirmation page. If the Proof of Service fails, a message will display that an error has occurred and the Proof of Service will not be available until the next business day.

DEF-223050 WCOA The logged-in Attorney can see his/her position on the Position of each Interested Party grid when viewing the previously submitted Request submitted by the opposing Counsel on the Request tab of the Dispute Summary.

DEF-222733 WCOA There is no longer a delay and the Request Approval Letter and Request Denial Letter will generate when a Dispute merge occurs and there is an Appeal linked with the child Dispute.

DEF-213599 WCOA Report 30 now displays conference call activity, as well as other events on the Report. Report 77 calculation of totals for District, PA, and Field Office have been corrected. Report 39 now displays the Attorney's address.

DEF-220988 WCOA The WCOA All Parties page will not generate for the Request Approval Letter because it is not available in the Correspondence List and there is no Manner of Service selection.

DEF-220984 WCOA Twenty WCOA correspondences have been modified to eliminate extra spacing which caused the generation of blank pages.

DEF-193370 WCOA The Update Request Type drop-down menu has been removed from the Review Request Submitted Online for a Dispute task.

DEF-225204 WCOA The number of clicks have been reduced in WCAIS to upload a Hearing Transcript.

DEF-94706 WCOA The character limit for Dispute Notes has been increased from 1,000 to 8,000 characters.
