In 2019, the ICOND will once again take place at the Eurogress Aachen, a modern conference center in the city centre of Aachen. The generous foyer offers com-panies the possibility to present themselves at the exhibition area right next to the plenary hall „Europe“. Here, the speakers will present their practical experience in the field of decommissioning management of nuclear facilities.
The Eurogress Aachen is easy to access since it is located in the middle of Aachen. Participants who arrive by car will find a parking lot with over 600 parkings right next to the Eurogress. From the central railway station you will reach the Euro-gress Aachen within 8 minutes by the bus lines 3A and 13A in the direction „Ponttor“. The stop is called „Euro-gress“.

2019 wird die ICOND erneut im Eurogress Aachen, einem hochmodernen Tagungs- und Kongresszen-trum, stattfinden. In dem großzügigen Foyer haben Unternehmen die Möglichkeit sich zu präsentieren. Direkt an die Ausstellerfläche angrenzend befindet sich der Vortragssaal Europa. Hier werden die Fach- referenten/ -innen über ihre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich des Rückbaumanagements kerntechnischer Anlagen berichten.
Das Eurogress Aachen befindet sich in verkehrsgünstiger Lage mitten im Zentrum von Aachen. Für die Anreise mit dem PKW bietet der Eurogress ein Parkhaus in unmittel-barer Nähe mit über 600 Parkplätzen.
Vom Hauptbahnhof erreichen Sie das Eurogress Aachen in 8 Minuten mit den Linien 3A und 13A Richtung Ponttor. Die Haltestelle heisst Eurogress.

Companies have the opportunity to present their products and services in the field of decommissioning of nuclear facilities and the management of radioactive waste. Interesting are e.g. radiation protection, remote and robotic machines, design and construction services, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), software for dismantling and all subject-related topics.
Use the conference as a platform to engage new customers and to raise awareness of your brand in the marketplace.
As conference participants are decision makers, project mana-gers and procurement specialists, you will be able to introduce your business to qualified buyers.
Im Rahmen der ICOND wird Unternehmen die Möglichkeit geboten ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Bereich des Rückbaus kerntechnischer Anlagen und der Entsorgung radioaktiver Abfälle zu präsentieren. We offer exhibition spaces in two different sizes. Three furniture packages are available as well as additional equipment such as monitors, magazine racks or tables. Your company logo will be placed on our conference website www.icond.de. In addition, there is the possibility to present a company profile including a contact person in the Book of Abstracts. Please find an example of this at the end of this document.
Prices for booths are including 220V power supply and free wifi access.
Booth personnel and fair guests without access to the lecture hall during the entire event period can be registered at a price of 500,00 € each.
Für die Buchung eines Standes stellen wir Ihnen zwei unterschiedlich große Ausstellungsflächen und falls gewünscht drei Mobiliarpakete zur Verfügung. Weiteres Mobiliar wie Bildschirme, Prospektständer oder Tische sind auf Anfrage ebenfalls erhältlich. Bei allen Optionen wird Ihr Unternehmenslogo werbewirksam auf der Webseite der Ver-anstaltung www.icond.de platziert. By specifying a contact person you have the chance to guide interested participants directly to the responsible business department. The „Book of Abstracts“ will be published in 500 copies and will be provided to every participant at the beginning of the event. In addition it will be sent to national and international prospective customers of the ICOND. It serves as a reference book for companies and potential customers.
