Workshop on Raman Spectroscopy December 2 nd , 2016, Thompson Hall, KSU The Department of Geology has recently established a new Renishaw Invia Raman microscope facility. To introduce the capabilities of the instrument to the broader K- State community, we are hosting a half-day workshop on application of Raman spectroscopy. Raman spectroscopy is a versatile technique with broad application in geology, environmental science, chemistry, agronomy, archeology, engineering and anthropology.
