Premise: The adult literacy implies not only in filling the gaps, but also should go beyond learning the code. That is an individual's conscious preparation for citizenship.

Building CitizenshipResults: After the programs first year, 25% of those enrolled had already finished the first grades of elementary school. In 1 year an a half the illiteracy rate dropped to near 2%.
