WORLD ONE(a dream comes true)• The project ‘WORLD ONE’ is one of India’s highely

recommended projects of India, as it is going to be India’s tallest residential building.

An overview to this project…•Here is the 1450 feet tall Lodha World One

Mumbai Residential Skyscraper.• It is currently India’s tallest building under

construction and is a residential skyscraper with a proposed height of 442 meters and 117 floors!

An overview to this project…•According to some claims this Mumbai World One

skyscraper will be the world’s tallest residential building once complete! Because the supertall Pentonium building in Dubai, which was set to become the world’s tallest residential tower with a height of 516m and 122 floors, is currently on hold for a long time.

Location…• It is located at Upper Worli, Mumbai at Srinivas Mills.• Its plot area is about 17.5 acre.

Some more informations…Mumbai World One building will have about 300

super luxury homes, including three and four bedroom residences, villas with own private pools and a limited number of luxury mansions as well.

The World One have total 117 floors…It consist 6 podium levels for parking, 3 BHK and 4

BHK residences, world villas with private pools and duplex world mansions.

Some more informations…1st to 40th having 3 BHK

residences having area of 2800 sqft. And 4 BHK residences having area of 3400 sqft.

41st to 80th floors are having world villas with private pools.

81st and above floors are having duplex world mansions.

Construction Status…• Till April 2014, construction of World One Tower has

reached 50th floor or approximately 220 mts.

Construction Status…• Lodha World One was started in 2011.• Even this World One tower was schedule to be

completed by 2014 but according to latest news from Lodha Group the building will be inaugurated somewhere in the first quarter of 2016.

Cost…• The total cost of the project is about 2000 crore

(US$370 million).• The apartment prices in World One would start from

7.5 crore (US$1.4 million) and the most expensive one be as much as 50 crore (US$9.2 million).• So Lodha Group expects to earn a revenue of 5000

crore (US$920 million) from the sale of the apartments.
