Eaton's Aerospace Customer Support Regional Managers (CSRM), Military Sales Support Managers (MSSM), and Technical Support Regional Managers (TSRM) provide around-the-clock global support for all commercial, commuter, business, military, and marine platforms in service.
Your single point of contact for all customer support issues can be found within the Customer Account Team (CAT) made up of a focused CSRM/TSRM or MSSM/TSRM pairing for commercial and military, respectively. Think of your Eaton CAT as your ambassador. From the purchase of your platform through to its retirement from service, your Eaton CAT will orchestrate activities that provide uncompromising customer service and ensure Eaton's products and systems perform with the highest reliability and the lowest life cycle cost.
Your Eaton CSRM or MSSM is your primary contact in the business relationship. They understand your business, and provide tailored assistance and guidance by structuring
maintenance programs, service and upgrade programs, new technology introductions, and crucial logistic services.
Your Eaton TSRM is your contact for Eaton product technical issues and your partner in reliability studies, product improvement modifications, training, technical manual reviews and new product introductions.
Supporting your CSRM and TSRM are the team of Eaton Lead Customer Support Representatives (LCSR). They are responsible to oversee the communication, training, and execution of all Eaton's Aerospace product support agreements through the manufacturing sites and global service centers. They provide liaison between our customers and services centers with respect to customer service performance.
