The CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE: Take a Tag
The Knights of Columbus have organized the
Christmas Giving Tree project to provide over 150
gifts to families in need in the Nashua area. The
Giving Tree is in the church gathering space
Please return the wrapped gift (attach the tag to
the outside of the gift) no later than THIS
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 8. It is very important
that the gift tag be attached to the outside of
the wrapped gift. The gifts are due back 1 week
early due to the agency pick up dates. Thank you
for supporting this outreach to the community.
This week we join our prayers with the
Neighborhood Rosary Group as we pray for
Vocations and our Parish Mission Projects.
CELEBRATING our 50th ANNIVERSARY
The Parish of the Resurrection will celebrate our
50th anniversary in 2020. To commemorate the
anniversary, a suncatcher has been designed and
made to replicate the round, stained glass windows
in the church. The suncatchers are available after
all the Masses. The cost is $20.
JESUS ACROSS the BORDER
“Make Room” Christmas Concert
Join JESUS aCROSS the Border on Friday,
December 20 at 7:00 p.m. at the Immaculate
Conception Parish, Nashua, as we prepare to
celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, our King,
through our Christmas Event. We invite people of all
ages and religions for an evening of worship with a
Christmas Concert, dynamic speaker, and
entertaining social gathering. Beginning at 7 p.m.,
our night kicks off with our “Make Room” Christmas
Concert. This year we are blessed to have Mandy
Powers of New England's legendary B-Street
Bombers with Sammie Moore and the Here on Earth
Worship Band. Following the concert, Assistant
Vocations, Fr. Von DeRosia, will give a talk based on
the night's theme "Make Room". This talk will lead
into a time of Adoration, Praise and Worship.
Finishing the night off, Immaculate Conception’s
Young Adult Group, Thrive, will get the party going
with some Christmas Carol Karaoke, pizza, and hot
chocolate. JESUS aCROSS the Border is a unifying
organization for local Catholic young adult groups.

From the RELIGIOUS EDUCATION OFFICE
Please join our Family Faith Formation families in
church on Sunday, December 15 after the 10:30
a.m. Mass for the 6th annual Advent Stations of
Light, a program of music and prayer. At the
conclusion of the program, we will gather in the
parish hall to package Christmas cookies for the
Nashua Soup Kitchen. You can help by doing a little
holiday baking; if you'd like to add cookies to the
table, we will be in the gym before all three Masses to
accept your treats.
Preparing Our HOMES for CHRISTMAS
Blessing of baby Jesus from our mangers
