Spirit of Truth – Healing

The purpose of this teaching is to inform the believer in Jesus Christ of the dangers and the reality of

deception in these last days. The Lord is calling His bride to holiness, delivering her from self deception, and the deceitfulness of sin, and any mixture of truth

and error. The Holy Spirit is releasing the spirit of burning and fire that continues to purify the bride to

walk as Jesus walked in all humility, and godly character, representing the Father! He is bringing

revelation of His manifest glory with great acceleration. Jesus desires that the church walk in the

fullness of the Holy Spirit, and that the bride would behold Him in all His glory and walk in that fullness. He is drawing the bride to encounter Him through

deep intimacy, love, and revelation of His heart. The glory of God is being revealed both through the written word of God, and through His Spirit of

Revelation as never before. In this hour we must be a people who are able to discern the times and seasons,

and know that as God releases more of ‘heaven on earth’, the enemy will mimic the truth with false and

lying signs, power, and wonders. God wants the church to be bold, fearless, radical laid down lovers, who move in heavenly places in Christ, knowing they have full access to His throne, and radiate His very nature, and demonstrate His power, through signs,

miracles and wonders by the SPIRIT OF TRUTH.

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized

will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs shall follow those

who believe: IN My name they will cast out demons; and they will speak with new tongues;

they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means harm them;

they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.” Mark 16:15-18

Hypocrite -0ne who would judge others in their sins, or try to free others from their sin/bondage, but refuse to deal with their own first.

Promise - when we deal with our own sin first our eyes will be opened to see ‘clearly’ to help others. We are told not to give what is holy and precious to us in the Lord to those who have NO desire to receive. But encourages us to ask, seek, knock and believe that the Lord desires to give us far beyond what we could ask for or imagine. God is a good and loving Father that desires to give HOLY SPIRIT to those who ask Him.God will not lead us into deception or harm if we ask for the HOLY SPIRIT.Golden rule:

Witchcraft and Occultism

When a believer begins to get too focused on spiritual experiences, he/she can begin to believe that the experiences are what produces spiritual maturity rather than pure devotion, faith and obedience to the Word of God. Our experience is simply a dimension of our whole hearted relationship with the Lord. Experience flows out of our worship, sole devotion to the Lord, and our radical commitment to Kingdom life. If we worship experience itself rather than the One whom we long to share experience with, then we fall into idolatry and the way we relate to life and to others becomes imbalanced.

Entering into experience without a proper and complete foundation in the Word o fGod can sometimes open the door to error and deception. Good solid Bible teaching should accompany spiritual experiences.

Testimony of Mixture

MIXTURE

It has been 2 ½ years since I first went through deliverance. I have grown and learned so much in my walk with the Lord. One area that has become a huge part of my every day life is the Holy Spirit. I’ve learned that

the Holy Spirit is God and there is a difference between Holy Spirit (Himself) and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

As I began to get set free from my bondage and I repented from the iniquity and all that I had participated in; the Holy Spirit became a daily part of my life. At first I was terrified and wanted nothing to do with the Holy Spirit or the signs and wonders. I was so scared to acknowledge, know or learn about Holy Spirit because of the background and iniquity that I was born into which was one of freemasonry, occult, witchcraft and divination. Those very things used the supernatural to obtain power over and within man. When others spoke of the Holy Spirit; I’d become fearful because I wasn’t able yet to discern between the Holy Spirit and counterfeit spirit; though at the time I didn’t realize that was what I was struggling with. The Holy Spirit was almost offensive to me; yet I had such a desire to know Him. I was confused and the Holy Spirit felt so new age as did so many of the things I was reading about and learning concerning the spirit-filled life. I had only known it in a bad way.

Two scriptures I learned right away were: John 16:13-14 which says; “However, when He, the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. And then John 10:10: “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly”.

The next thing I knew is I felt as if I got thrust or became accelerated into the supernatural lifestyle with God. I truly received gifts from the Holy Spirit. See; as a child, I witnessed many people using the powers of spirits. I was trained to use my mind and I learned about counterfeit spirits……though it wasn’t until the past few years that I recognized what it all was. I was a ‘seer’ as a child……in the wrong way. When I got set free; it was as if the Lord took all of the “training” the enemy had used against me for his purpose and the Lord took those very things and blessed me with the gifts that allowed me to walk strong in them for His purposes.

One of the areas the Lord began to use me in was that with dreams and visions. My dream world exploded. I began to dream of others for a season before I began to see myself in the dreams. In dreaming of others I began to dream of information that was right. I’d get dates, places, people’s names that I’d never heard of, events that had occurred, schedules. I’d

often dream of the plans and schemes of the enemy and we’d get a ‘heads up’ before things happened. It was amazing and it humbled me and scared me and I was in awe at how Holy Spirit would reveal. And I loved it when I got to dream and see the glory. I loved to see how much the Lord loved me.

In Romans 11:29, Paul tells us that the gifts and calling of God are irrevocable. Once God gives us a gift; He doesn’t take it back. Even though I was still being healed and delivered; the Lord was using me.

Having said all of this; let me explain how the mixture came in and how I was shown it was mixture.

In September and October of 2007, I was on a 5 week people fast from Brandy. No communication with her at all. The Lord had told her to fast from me because I had mocked her when she said the Lord would deliver me; that along with some other things. Revelation was given to two people that I was still participating in witchcraft and divination. I had thought I had repented of all I knew that was in my family line and that I had willingly and unwillingly participated with. I cried and said, “no way.” It wasn’t my heart’s desire. I hated witchcraft and divination. I was sincere. I would ask the Lord to search my heart. I wanted nothing left and I gave Him permission to come and take it all. But, I was so blinded from the truth. Maybe it was because I didn’t receive the love of truth. I don’t know. It was just all so deep.

It was a Sunday morning and I call it the day the axe came down. It was the day that I chose whom I would serve. The people fast had ended and I was at church. I had seen Brandy and I passed her on my way to worship. I will leave out some details. At one point I was standing right outside of the sanctuary doors and I was watching some people who had arrived that I knew were into some bad stuff. The next thing I knew is I felt this presence that was so huge behind me. I turned to look and it was Brandy. I began to laugh a laugh that I knew wasn’t mine. Brandy spoke to that in tongues and I shot ‘false tongues’ right back to her. Now; here’s where the Lord gave me my first revelation. I hadn’t been able to see the iniquity at work, but that day He allowed me to. At the same time that I was cursing her in false tongues…….at that same moment I was filled with fear because I heard myself do it and I couldn’t stop it. It was as if the light and the dark were doing battle at the exact same time. I was horrified at what I was doing because I could hear it, feel it and see it; but I couldn’t stop. I had

to go outside. There’s much more to that story, but I guess it will have to be for another time. The point is this: it was the first time that my eyes were opened to the fact that I had mixture in me. I was able to use the tongues from the true Holy Spirit and false tongues were their too.

In the spring of 2008, I was at work. Nothing was happening so I spent the day in the Word. For some reason, I had printed off an article I had seen from Derek Prince that had to do with deception and mixing the truth and how deception can come into the body and into the ‘signs and wonders’ and into the supernatural. In Leviticus 19:19, God gives a warning against mixture. “You shall keep My statutes. You shall not let your livestock breed with another kind. You shall not sow your field with mixed seed. Nor shall a garment of mixed linen and wool come upon you.” I then read 2 Thess. 2:9-12 where it talked about the coming of the lawless one and lying signs and wonders. There are true signs and there are lying signs. The mixture with me was about the signs and wonders. True signs will show truth and lying signs will show lies. Satan is able to mimic the supernatural signs and wonders. He can make it look like the real thing. Derek Prince said the reason that some are deceived is because they did not receive the love of the truth. On such people God will send strong delusion. (2 Thess. 2:10-11) Signs and wonders do not determine truth. It’s determined and established by the Word of God (John 17:17 and Psalm 119:89)

Next I read about King Saul. He had a mixture of spirits. At one time, he prophesied in the Holy Spirit and another time he prophesied in a demon. He was a king who had a lot of success; but the mixture is what killed him. On the last night of his life he went to consult with a witch and the next day committed suicide.

These are the other scriptures I read. 2 Timothy 3:16 where Paul says, “All scripture is given by the inspiration of God.” John 8:32 says, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” We must apply the truth of God’s Word. I began to pray about what I was reading and I began to ask the Lord to show me if I had any mixture. What He showed me just broke me and I cried and cried. He did it with such love and no condemnation; but He came in truth and allowed me to see the picture.

The Lord showed me that not all of my dreams and visions that we thought were from Him were. There were some specific times where I had received names, dates, and events. Gillum, Brandy and I thought the info was from the Lord. Now the Lord had given Gillum and Brandy revelation of

this……..that there were a few things not from Him, but they hadn’t told me they knew. They waited for the Lord to show me. I then went overboard the other way and was horrified that ALL of my dreams and visions must be from the enemy and not of God and that I could put no trust in any of it. I repented for all of that and asked the Lord to forgive me. I had such fear and confusion and doubt. Mixture will always cause confusion first but truth sets you free. The Word of God is truth.

That whole week I wrestled with fear over mixture and with this feeling that it was in my midst. Little did I know that it was still at work in me and that I’d be participating with it again. About two weeks later, I was at a retreat. Again; another long story, but I was told that I was in a trance. This was not of the Lord at all. Communication went on from spirit to spirit and it wasn’t Holy Spirit. Cause see……..with Holy Spirit there is just one spirit. You can’t communicate spirit to spirit. With Holy Spirit the manifestations will point toward the Word. So that night; again I see how because of the iniquity in my family line there was still a mixture that was getting exposed. Did this mean it was my heart’s desire or that I was ‘willingly’ doing it? NO. The Robin in me hated it all. The iniquity in me was being found out and my prayers were being answered that there would be nothing left.

So; that is how the mixture has worked with me. Because of what I came out of; I am very aware of how the enemy works. I understand about deception; about mixture and about truth. Am I perfect….no? I only see in part. The fear of the Lord has come upon me regarding this topic of “mixture and deception.” I’m talking about the reverent fear. The enemy wants me to live in fear of the supernatural and of the signs and wonders. He wants me to be fearful that I’m going to participate with mixture again somehow. Satan wants me to be confused and to stay back from it. But I won’t. I drank from Jesus’ cup……from the true King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The mixture I had participated with has been repented of and covered with the blood of Jesus. When you stay in the Word which is truth………you’ll know what’s truth and what’s a lie. Learn to TEST THE SPIRITS with all that you see and hear.
