Wow! Savanti 31, 36, and 43. Your Choice—the Liveaboard model,

or the Cruiser. Either Way, Unlike ANY Other Catamaran Available. (A) The “Liveaboard’s” low-deck profile means easy

access while permanently docked as a remarkably elegant, floating home. (B) The “Cruiser” version (with 3’ higher hulls for slicing through 3-to-5-foot seas), will carry you safely for 100-to-1,000 coastal miles: be it the epic “Big Loop” cruise — or NY-to-FL via the ICW — or, in Europe, from the North Sea to the Med.

Unlike other cats—requiring unending, steep-stair climbs to get to-and-from tiny cabins crammed into narrow hulls—all SAVANTI living areas are located on ONE, stair-free level. (Thus, the 2 big hulls serve solely

as exceptionally roomy, “basement” storage spaces.)

Other cats require 2 noisy & expensive diesels. We use a bigger, quieter outboard motor (plus bow thrus-ter), for 10-15 knots. Thus, easy beaching, & servicing.

So, say “NO!” to cramped stairs & cabins, or micro-size kitchens. Say “YES” to a 4’ fireplace, a 5’ HDTV, 6’ fridge-freezer, 7’ walk-around beds, plus all major ap-pliances. And, thanks to a robust heat-and-AC system, enjoy homelike comfort anywhere, summer or winter.

This SAVANTI 43 (pages 2 &

3) was specially designed for

a Florida couple seeking the

ultimate in cruising-yacht

comfort for a year-long voy-

age around the 7,000-mile,

“Big Loop” passage. (From

FL, up the ICW [IntraCoastal

Waterway], to NY; along the

New England and New

Brunswick coasts; “hang a

left” into the St. Lawrence

Seaway, then the Great

Lakes; another left [south-

ward] down the Mississippi

River to the Gulf of Mexico;

and then a final left [east-

ward] for the return to FL.)

The sole restriction during

this trek is one, low-

clearance, non-opening

bridge with only about 17’

of clearance beneath it.

(But check to confirm that

clearance prior to making

(Continued on page 3)

your own “Big Loop” cruise.) Despite its exceptionally

roomy layout, the SAVANTI-43 is designed so as to fit

under that bridge — even if you order the hard-top,

“Penthouse” option (elevator also optional!) for the up-

per deck. (We can install that hard-top to be easily re-

moved at that bridge, then re– installed once you’ve

cleared the bridge. ).

This special SAVANTI-43 includes the optional, 2nd stair-

case at the aft end of the galley. This allows guests to

reach the sundeck (2nd level) without having to pass

thru the Owner’s Suite to get to the standard, exterior

staircase, which rises from the front deck. Notice also

such specialties as double, Sub-Zero freezer drawers,

under and to the left of the TV. Similarly, under and to

the right of the TV is a glass-doored, wine cooler. At the

owner’s request we’ve also included an extra-long, 6’

soaking tub-with-shower in the Owner’s suite.

Meanwhile, the guest bedroom includes an amazing 7’

wide desk that converts (in just 3 seconds!), to a ready-

to-sleep-in, queen-size bed. (You don’t need to remove

anything from the desk, including a big-screen monitor,

etc. See that company’s video: hiddenbed.com).

This SAVANTI –43 is set to carry a 10’ RIB (and outboard)

in davits. But, alternatively, you could carry a 12’ dinghy,

stored above, along the aft end of the sundeck, where it

would be launched and retrieved by a single, electric/

hydraulic hoist, also installed above.

The SAVANTI 43 gives you the comfort and space of a 50-

to-55’ singlehull cruiser, yet costs $400K to $850K less!

(Continued from page 2)

SAVANTI 43 Pages 2 & 3 show a custom layout

for a Florida couple — designed for

the 7,000-mile, Big Loop cruise,

plus periodic getaways to the

Bahama Islands.

31’, 36’, & 43’ — Either Liveaboard or Cruiser

The SAVANTIS, debuting Feb., 2017, are the next addi-tion to Eco-Sea Cottages’ (ESC’s) current line of 9, wood-framed, or metal-framed, or all-fiberglass liveaboard ves-sels. As with 70% of our current ESC owners, the Liveaboard version will appeal to those with no boating background — and understandably so. For them, switching to a stylish floating home, permanently docked in a pro-tective marina, is saying “YES!” to an amazing, lifestyle-enhancing experience. Think Tom Hanks’ houseboat in the movie “Sleepless In Seattle” — only much more elegant!

However, if you already love the “cruising” lifestyle, our

SAVANTI Cruiser models are for you. Their higher hulls will slice thru any seas you’re likely to meet while explor-ing the major lakes, rivers and coastal bays in America. And the twin, cat’ hulls mean way less “rock-n-roll” than you’ll experience aboard same-length singlehull boats — PLUS, nearly 100% faster speeds than same-length dis-placement monohulls: enjoy cruising at up to 15 MPH.

Whether your choice is 31, 36 or 43 feet, you’re guaran-teed more home-like comfort (for less money) than 10-feet longer “regular” motor boats. Plus, SAVANTIS come standard with heat, air conditioning, and all major appli-ances. Be it price, comfort, or amenities, you can’t beat the modern, SAVANTI liveaboard/cruisers.

“Customized” means . . . CUSTOMIZED! Whether you’re tall or petite, we can provide you

with beds & counter-tops custom-built to your height requirements. Do you want an onboard office space? A music room? A cabin with bunk beds and toy chest for the grandkids? Can do! Would you like a portion of one of the roomy hulls fitted with rod holders and

shelves for your fishing tackle? Or stowage in the other hull for your snow skis and holiday decorations? Our 5’ x 5’ hulls are like spacious “sub-basements.”

In short, when we say “We can customize for your needs,” we mean it. And that holds true for your choice of woods for floors and cabinets — or else creating a hi-tech galley in bold colors, with interior-lit, glass-fronted cabinets. Again, “Can do.”

We offer a variety of interior layouts. (See

just a few examples on page 6).

(1) The view from within your Savanti is

amazing — whether thru the salon’s 9-foot-

high, safety-glass “wall,“ or, (2) from the

salon/galley’s big side windows. (a full-size

“kitchen” available in wood, stainless steel,

or vividly colored (or all-white) laminates.

(3) This galley design invites family or

friends to pull their stools up around the

“island,” kibitzing with the cook and his/her

helpers. (Note the home-size appliances, full

-height fridge/freezer, and recessed lighting

around the inset cabinet bases.) (4) Here

we see one of the layouts possible in the

Savanti 31. If you order the optional, over-

head loft for any Savanti (see dotted line,

page-6, “D”), that sleeping/storage area is

high above the living room.

(See underside of loft, and its ladder,

bottom-left of page 6.)

A. (Blue) The king-size bed, next to the small deck, faces midship, thus offering a view of the water (forward) from the bed. The bathroom includes a large, whirlpool bath/shwr, and his/her sinks. The guest cabin offers twin single beds. (Or, have one-or-both of those beds changed to bunks to sleep 3 or 4 guests or family members.) The L-shaped kitchen in-cludes an island, with storage under. The sec-tional faces a great water view. Circular stairs (optional), allow guests to access the upper deck without having to pass thru the Owner’s suite to access the exterior stairs.

B. (Yellow) King size bed. Whirlpool bath/shwr. Good closet space, plus upright drawers, and additional drawers under the bed, desk space & book cabinet. Guest cabin w/queen size bed includes closet and drawers. Guest bathroom with shower & stacked washer/dryer. U-shaped galley includes custom, 6’10” fridge-freezer, gas stove, double sinks, stone counter tops. Sectional/table for dining; also converts to double-bed. Club chairs face a 5’ HDTV, located above a 4’ electric fireplace. You may “mix-n-match” combinations of “A” & “B” for your own customized layout. Also, there’s LOTS of storage space in each 43’ x 5’ x 5’ hull, accessed thru multiple, flush-mounted hatches.

LEFT The Savanti 36 “Cruiser.” Visually, it looks like a twin to the Savanti 43. But, in ac-tual size/area it’s 19% smaller than her 43-foot sister — 7’ short-er and 2’8 narrower. Compared to the 31’ model, the 36’ and 43’ are most easily identi-fied by the additional “tear-drop” window on either side. Also, all 3 Cruiser models have a solid forward rail , to deflect spray and wave crests.

SUNDECK There are three sizes. X. This Savanti 31 reveals the small sun-deck, with seating for 6. Y. This is the mid-size version. Z. This is one example of the large sundeck layout, although we could offer yet a larger one, too.

A truly unique design aspect of the Savanti is that you can specify either end to be built as the bow. “Say Wha’?!” For example, X & Y show the steer-ing wheel facing toward the large deck, so the transom-steps and outboard motor would be mounted at the opposite end of the vessel. But the Z steer-ing station is facing the seemingly “correct way” — toward the smaller deck.

If you usually motor on relatively calm waters (a small lake or river, or along the ICW), then choosing the bigger deck to be the “bow” means there’s added room for people to be comfortably seated, viewing the upcoming scen-ery. And, if the breeze increases, those people sitting on that larger deck can simply move inside of the big, safety-glass “wall” separating the deck from the salon, and continue to enjoy the oncoming scenery. For those who worry that this higher end of the vessel is “un-aerodynamic” for a bow, that’s true. BUT, given the moderate speed of the vessel, even a 15-knot headwind won’t affect your forward speed by more than one knot, as compared to choosing to have the lower, curved end of the vessel (see Z, below) as your “bow.”

We don’t know of any other boats (except canoes!) that give you the choice of “bow and stern” when ordering your vessel. How nice that, as with many other distinct aspects of the SAVANTIS, you get to choose!

D & E Among cats this size, only SAVANTIS offer

true, king-size beds (84” x 72”) that are accessible

from all 3 sides, and available with super storage be-

low: either via a semi-auto-lift mattress, or a 6-to-12-

drawer captain’s bed.

F. Even the guest cabin’s bed can be a full, 84” x 60”

queen-size. (A hint of the frame of the Savanti’s dis-

tinctive, tear-drop side window is visible to the right.)

B

A & B Other cats

accommodate a

single table, bolted

down next to an

immovable settee

seat — which does

not provide a com-

fy, post-dining situ-

ation. By compari-

son, the SAVANTIS

are so roomy you

can install a mova-

ble dining table

with moveable

seating, and a com-

fy sectional-or-

couch, and his-n-

her reclining easy

chairs.

C. Your SAVANTI –

43 also includes a big, 5’ HDTV above a delightful, 4’ fire-

place. Because the latter is electric, you’ll enjoy its visual

allure in July (with its heat turned off), yet welcome its

flame and warmth any misty morning, or winter day.

Many styles of custom kitchens are available.

H. Combinations of stainless steel & glass-fronted cabinets, plus wood

trim.

I. An all s/s kitchen (or choose traditional, all-wood cabinetry).

J. Alternately, you may choose a variety of multi-hued laminates.

K. Especially classy: Solid-glass counter tops, either smooth or rippled,

with variable-hue, LED lighting.

L. And what’s especially cool? Our optional circular staircase (pg. 6,“A”)

with glass steps, also enhanced with surrounding (or even embedded)

— variable-hued LED lighting. At night — dockside or underway — the

lighted glass counter tops and glass stair-steps look magical.
