BackgroundObejctive is to provide
transparency to clubs, coaches, athletes and NSWIS on the
Athlete Development Pathway Program within NSW
Main Feedback Points:
• Clarity on selection process
• Removal of potential inconsistency with selection (nepotism)
• Integration to NSWIS
• Increased quality and numbers for NSWIS and Australian selections
• Skill improvement over time
• Re-establish significant achievement to represent a State Team
• Remove Country selection as an after thought2
