Maximum Brinell hardness values allowed for P1 material are 200 PQR values on testingcertificate do not reflect whether these are Brinell or Vickers reading in any case the highestreading is 247 which is above the limit on Brinell or Vickers conversion. Welding ProcedureQualifications 10.1.24. Heating and cooling rates used on both WPS and PQR exceed the required maximum statedin POSTWELD HEAT TREATMENT 11.175.
