Writing a Sentence!

1. Think.

2. Say the sentence.

3. Count the words.

4. Stretch and Shrink if you need to.

5. Think about the spelling for each sound.

6. Say and write each word. Begin your sentence with a capital letter.

7. Touch each word and read to check. Add . ! or ?

8. If it’s a sight word: find it on the chart, then write the word.
