    2 FC0101D

    Handover failures,

    Poor Coverage

    and Quality

    Handover failures occurred from FC0101D

    to 1709A which is not a configured

    neighbour. There is crossed feeder on

    FC0101 causing reduced or poor quality

    and coverage around T1709 (indoor site

    at Valencia Hotel) which is also having alow signal strength at the area

    to 116C which is an overshooting cell that

    is not configured as neighbour. There is

    also reduced or fair coverage and poor

    quality at this area due to the overshooting

    cell 116C

    Do mechanical down tilt of 116C

    degrees to improve HOSR, qua

    coverage.

    to FC0101E and FC0101C which are

    missing neighbours, resulting poor quality

    and coverage.

    Dropped call occurred here on 1026DB

    due to its reduced coverage strength at

    this area. Also, failure of 1026DB to

    handover to 1443A or 1443B, caused

    blocked to occur as the coverage and

    quality reduced drastically

    The network performance at Wuse II is averagely good and okay but the net

    quality needs to be optimized as there are areas at the city with reduced o

    quality due to interference and overshooting cells resulting into handover fa

    and blocked calls.
