Executive Bios
MICHAEL CLARKE
PRESIDENT + CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Clarke is a transportation engineer and planner. He has over 30 years’ experience in the development and application of transportation solutions, one half of this in the United States and one half in Europe. Mr. Clarke is responsible for the overall leadership and vision of Citilabs. He holds master's degrees in transportation engineering and urban planning from the University of Michigan.
ARTHUR LEUNG
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Leung leads the finance, accounting and human resources teams at Citilabs. He is in charge of the company’s short term and long term financial strategy, and is responsible for accelerating operational growth in response to increasing market demand. Mr. Leung holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
ARIF JANJUA
CHAIRMAN
Arif Janjua has over 30 years’ experience in operational management and consulting in the software, mobile and internet services industry. As an operational manager, Arif was the CEO of idrive, a venture backed company in online storage services. Prior to that, he was at Infospace, initially as President of Consumer Services and later heading the Corporate Development function. He was instrumental in

forging relationships with mobile operators and content providers around the world. In his consulting life, Arif was most recently a partner with the Boston Consulting Group. His clients included some of the leading technology companies and mobile operators around the globe. Arif received his Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor, Canada, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
HUGH MALKIN
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Malkin serves as the Business Development Director for Citilabs. Mr. Malkin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Erasmus University. Mr. Malkin helped Philips understand how LED was going to change the road and urban lighting market in EMEA and then in North America and later created a company that geospatially and temporally mapped Facebook’s information leading to its acquisition by the media company, Time Out. His technology doubled Time Out’s geographical footprint which aided Time Out’s IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Malkin currently directs ongoing Streetlytics projects in the OOH, automotive, mapping, smart city, insurance, real estate, and logistics industries.
