What communication can I expect to receive?
• Local communication will be coordinated by your Reference Group member– From Now: General awareness
(like this presentation and the Communicate website)
– 6-8 weeks before individuals receive a new tool: Information to help you prepare(like specific dates and available training & support)
– When your team receives a new tool: Help with getting started(tips and tricks, quick reference guides and local support)
