NC WiseOwl, created and sponsored by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Resources Development and Evaluation Section, is a phenomenal site that offers help for teachers, parents, and students.

The site is simple in its set up, but complex in all that it has to offer and it is difficult to remember where everything is at.


The purpose of this guide is to teach you what NC
