L I M I T E D W A R R A N T Y

LAMP AND BALLAST WARRANTY (Non-Self Ballasted Products)

Turolight Inc. warrants all lamps and ballasts to be free from defective materials and workmanship, under normaland proper installation (by a qualified and licensed electrician) and use for a period of five (5) years from the dateof invoice. This limited warranty applies to all Induction products 40 watts and over. Governing Law: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

FIXTURE WARRANTY

All Turolight Inc. fixtures (fixtures are all other components excluding the lamp and ballast) are tested and in good working order before leaving the factory and are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship. A new part will be furnished in exchange for any part in a fixture which under normal use and service discloses a defect within one (1) year from date of delivery; however our liability extends only to replacement of the defectivepart or parts, and our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective unit. Turolight Inc. will not allow any charge for labour or materials that does not have the company’s written approval before the work is begun. Such approval is at the sole discretion of Turolight Inc. Any other warranty, expressed or implied is hereby void.

The preceding warranties do not apply if, in the judgment of Turolight Inc., the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to the product’s instructions, has been modified in any way, or has a defaced or removed serial number. Repair by anyone other than Turolight Inc. or an approved agent voids this warranty. The maximum liability of Turolight Inc. is the product purchase price.
