May 2020 - Executive Summary
Greetings Venezia Owners,
It’s hard to believe that we are through May already! It has been another month of changes and
more progress on the resort!
My name is Tammy, VP of Sales here at the Wyndham Grand Belize. I have introduced myself to
almost all of you earlier this week. I’m excited to be working with you!
Belize remains Covid free for almost a month. The Prime Minister has relaxed further restrictions
with curfews and businesses opening. The Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport was targeted to
be opening on July 1st. However, agreements could not be reached with IATA and the Belize Government on testing, therefore, the airport remains closed at this time.
We are eager to make up for lost time due to Covid restrictions. We thank our construction crew &
staff for their hard work and dedication to this project during these challenging times.
As mentioned to you in my introduction earlier this week, if there are any questions that you have,
please feel free to reach out. I will be happy to help!
Following this page are the picture updates of the work done in the Month of May. We look
forward to sending you future updates, as some big milestones are on the horizon. Stay safe and

May 2020 - Construction Update
We have been making much progress on the resort, and have almost completed the installation of marble flooring on buildings A, B, & C. The windows and doors are expected to arrive towards the end of June.
We are also completing the installation of the plastering & tiles to the columns on the exterior of the building. We will also be completing the finishes to wall surfaces & handrails. Installation of screed and floor tiles to balconies, as well as installation of wall tiles to bathrooms.
In June, construction crews are also being increased to start on the pouring of concrete for the pool floor! As well as installation of roof beam rebars and installation of formwork for roof beams for buildings D, E, & F.
