The Trial LawyersKen Wynne, the firm’s founder, has devoted his career to complexbusiness litigation. He has practiced civil trial law in Houston since hegraduated from law school at age 23 in 1967 – over 40 years.

• Before founding his own firm in 1991, Mr. Wynne was a senior partner in the then 200 + lawyer firm of Bracewell & Patterson where he served on the management and litigation committees. • He has represented institutional clients such as Marriot Corporation, T.
