X-Ray Developing Tanks

X-ray Developing Tanks are used in the medical facili-ty in the process of developing x-ray film.

The master (external) tank is fabricated from heavygauge type 316 stainless steel.

The legs, of type 304 stainless steel, is welded and pol-ished to a satin finish.

Insert tanks are suspended on racks inside the masterdeveloping tank, allowing full circulation of water aroundthe sides and bottom. These insert tanks are secured bystainless steel tabs to prevent floating while filling the tankand are removable for cleaning.

Direct connections to the water supply and drainallows for a constant flow of fresh water, providing a clean-er wash area and better control of temperature. The tank isequiped with PVC fittings for inlet, drain and overflow con-nections. The overflow pipe maintains excess water andinhibits surface scum formation.

Model DT-2 is recommended for podiatry practices. Themaster tank is 16"L x 13"W x 17-1/2"D. The master tankhas a two gallon capacity. Two insert tanks accommodatehangers up to and including 10" x 12".

Model DT-3 is also recommended for podiatry practices.The master tank is also 16"L x 13"W x 17-1/2"D. The mas-ter tank has the capacity of three gallons. Two insert tanksaccommodate hangers up to and including 10" x 12".

Model DT-5 is suggested for larger medical facilities. Themaster tank is 19-1/2"L x 16-1/2"W x 22-1/2"D. The tankis capable of holding 5 gallons. Two insert tanks accommo-date hangers up to and including 14" x 17".
