The white autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) building materials Ytong, Hebel and Multipor consist of natural, mineral raw materials and convince with excellent product properties:
Thermal insulation: The thermal insulation of autoclaved aerated concrete is unsurpassed by any other solid wall-building material. Due to millions of tiny air voids, autoclaved aerated concrete achieves almost perfect thermal insulation and heat storage.
Recycling: Autoclaved aerated concrete can be recycled and reused according to type.
Healthy living: The high heat storage capacity of autoclaved aerated concrete creates a pleasant indoor climate.
Fire protection: As a purely mineral building material, autoclaved aerated concrete offers optimum protection against fire.
Load-bearing capacity: Autoclaved aerated concrete is solid and load-bearing and achieves optimum strength and a high load-bearing capacity with low weight.

Load-bearing capacity: Walls made of Silka calcium silicate units are particularly load-bearing due to their high compressive strength. This creates additional living space while saving on materials.
Sound insulation: The high density of Silka calcium silicate units is the basis for high sound insulation.
Indoor climate: Silka calcium silicate units contribute to a healthy indoor climate by storing heat and moisture.
Sustainability and environmental compatibility: Silka calcium silicate units consist of lime, sand and water – raw materials that occur everywhere in nature and are free of chemical or toxic substances.
Fire protection: Silka calcium silicate unit is declared as a non-combustible building material of class A1 and thus offers optimum fire protection. Due to its mineral composition, no toxic fumes are produced in the case of fire.
