Xerox Office Multifunctions Print Costs

The tables below list the cost per page (CPP) for Xerox office multifunction devices using the industry standard measurements of 5% black coverage (a normal black-and-white text page) and 20% cyan-magenta-yellow-black coverage (a normal color page).

Many competitors publish cost-per-page values based ONLY on print cartridge or ink use rather than on all consumables. Xerox lists both sets of costs so that you can accurately compare products.

Definition: A print cartridge is a supply item that contains both toner and an imaging unit.
