Inclusive of Signature Honey Kumquat Drinks

All disposable flatware, cups, cutleries and serviettes are provided.

Food comes with food warmers and best consumed within 3 hours of delivery.

Charges are per person basis

Transportation & delivery charge of $100. Delivery is free for orders above 30 pax.

For collection required after 11pm, a charge of $100 applies.

Optional on-site service staff at $60 per staff (3hrs). Past 11pm charges at $25 per hour (min

of 2 hours)

For convenience of the host, customize your own menu by selecting any number of items

and we shall price for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

DEPOSITA non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Please make your cheque payable to Xi Yan Pte Ltd. This deposit is non-transferable to any other event or function.For payment by credit card, a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card with expiry date clearly indicated and a complete authorization form (please see form on page 9) from the card holder to authorize Xi Yan to charge the indicated amount to the credit card is required.

BILLINGFinal payment of remaining charges is due immediately following your event. Payment can be made by Cheque or Credit card only.

POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION OF FUNCTIONXi Yan Pte Ltd reserves the right to levy a 20% charge based on the total estimated revenue should there be a change of date or cancellation within 1 weeks’ notice. Cancellation within 4 days’ notice will be subjected to a 40% charge of the total expected revenue. For less than 1 day cancellation or postponement, a 60% charge of the total expected revenue.

Menu information:

All china service ware, silverware, glassware and napkins are provided.

Price quoted is subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing GST.

A catering charge of $800 applies which covers the mobilization charges, and Chef

and wait staff who will be present for the duration of the event.

~ a separate quote will be provided for groups 30pax and above

Our chef can also plan a menu based on your preference and budget.

Vegetarian menus and children menus can be catered to if required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Pre-catering site survey will be required before detailed menu recommendation

DEPOSITA deposit of 50% of the amount for the minimum guaranteed pax is required upon confirmation. Please make yourcheque payable to Xi Yan Pte Ltd. This deposit is non-transferable to any other event or function.

For payment by credit card, a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card with expiry date clearly indicated and acomplete authorization form (please see form below) from the card holder to authorize Xi Yan to charge the indicatedamount to the credit card is required.

BILLINGFinal payment of remaining charges is due immediately following your event. Payment can be made by Cheque or Cashonly.

AMMENDMENTS1. This package is based on the minimum guarantee stipulated above.2. A final guest count (if more than the minimum guaranteed) and any changes to the menu must be confirmed no

later than 14 days prior to function date. You will be billed based on the minimum guarantee or the actual number inattendance whichever is greater plus all the other agreed upon expenses in this agreement. Xi Yan requiresnotification of any special dietary requirements at least 7 days prior to your function.

3. Any menu change occurring on the day of the function is to be negotiated by the function organiser and Xi Yanmanagement only. If the menu item becomes unavailable or not up to the quality for the preparation of the dish, wereserve the right to replace the menu item with a similar or equivalent dish and quality.

POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION OF FUNCTIONXi Yan Pte Ltd reserves the right to levy a 50% charge based on the total estimated revenue should there be a change ofdate or cancellation within 14 days’ notice (as we would have ordered the ingredients by then, turned away otherbookings at the restaurant and scheduled resources for the on-site private function). Cancellation within 7 day notice willbe subjected to a 100% charge of the total expected revenue.

LEGALITIESThe organisers of the function shall assume the entire responsibility for any and all losses, damages, claims, demands andexpenses (including, but not limited to, legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising out of, alleged to have arisen out of, inany way connected with (a) injury or damages to displays, equipment and other property brought onto premises by you,your employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors or your guests (collectively, the “Group”) or any member, agent orrepresentative thereof; and (b) personal injury or death of any other person or damage to any property arising out of orin any way connected with (1) any action or omission of any member of the Group or any member, agent orrepresentative thereof or (2) any property brought into premises by any member of the Group or any member agent orrepresentative of thereof. You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Xi Yan, its owners, affiliated entities, agents,servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages, claims, demands and expenses.

Nothing herein is intended to exclude the Xi Yan’s liability for death and personal injuries caused by its negligence.
