XISS, to me is a melting pot of various talents from various backgrounds, cultures and walks of life. It draws in an immense sense of brotherhood and understanding with fellow students through its activities like rural camp, community work etc. which keeps it apart. All of my batch-mates have made a mark for themselves and are fulfilling their familial, social, corporate and professional responsibilities with humility and achievement….. that is the mark of XISS. I am yet to meet a product of XISS who would move around with a certain weight or air about himself or herself…. I cherish my days at this excellent institution.”
Karunesh PrasadRegionalHRManager-APAC

“Having spent 8 yrs in the Corporate world, now I can connect myself with XISS motto ‘Professionals with a difference’. The strong subject fundamentals, bonding with the society through field work and social camps and industrial training at later stage creates balanced individuals to become true HUMAN managers. I can vouch to all HR Heads and business leaders who are reading this brochure; in XISS, you get true value for money. All the best to Class of 2011.”
George Varghese M HRManager-AlghanimElectronics,
AlghanimIndustries,Kuwait POBox24172,Safat13102,Kuwait.Ph:+965-66137917
XISS inculcates a level headed approach that helps you to be never detached from ground realities. When I look back at our field trips / tours, I can relate to what “Giving Back“ to Society means . It lays the foundation of universal law that says “ If you want to receive, you got to give “. As an individual, I think because of values & principles, I received from XISS I always make an effort to have my head on the shoulders.
XISS stands apart because personally I believe, it provides a unique concept of Modern Management and its linkages to grass root level. Its success story indeed proves that we could evolve our “Mass into a Class of its own“ !

“XISS has been a super launchpad for many of the corporate bigshots..who have ruled, are ruling and many would come to rule this corporate world... The best part of XISS is it teaches you management principles, Jargons, funda (Through text books, Seminar, Libraries...) along with empathy (through social work) which acts as a bedrock for renowned and accepted professionals. So even if you become a super achiever (with excellent knowledge framework, dedication, commitment...) your feet are always grounded and you can very well connect / understand the need of a common man to a CEO. Other colleges have been making professionals but this is what makes “Professionals with a Difference”.
Abhishek ArunRegionalManager-HR-East,
HDFCBANK e-Mail:[email protected]
“XISS provided me education at an affordable cost and at the best quality…. I belong to a middle class family where cost of education was a major factor to decide where I would study, XISS helped me in ensuring that I do not compromise on quality and at the same time I am able to manage my finances the best possible way…. My brother is also a pass out of XISS and so are a couple of my relatives too (of which one is a current student). The common feedback that I receive from all is that “the head of the students are in their right place, expectations are well managed and they do not overshoot reality in terms of educational basics, placement opportunities or expected salaries and eventually remain stable”.

I am a proud Xissian and a grateful alumni - a true believer that at Xiss “We create professionals with a difference”. Over the years Xiss has created a niche for itself in the corporate sector by sheer persistence of its values & objectives (the true differentiators) backed with a strong alumni presence with Corporate India, MNCs & NGOs championing the same.Sanjeev Kumar Srivastava
