interagency coordination• Lack of professionals with relevant knowledge and skills• Children’s interests unmet during investigation

• 56,117 decisions on deprivation of parental rights• 4,757 crimes – failure to carry out obligations regarding
the upbringing of the minor, related to maltreatment • 452,636 administrative offence reports (failure to carry

• 100,200 child and youth victims of criminal offences; of these, 308 – contacted social protection institutions for assistance
