REMEMBERING OUR RECENTLY
DEPARTED † Cesar Fabio Marin
“Almighty Father, source of forgiveness and salvation, grant that our relatives and friends who have passed from this life may, through the intercession of the
Blessed Virgin Mary and of all the saints, come to share your Eternal happiness through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
QUINCEAÑERAs Teenage girls who turn 15 or 16 years old during the course of the year, have a chance to celebra-te this significant milestone with a Holy Mass
and/or special blessing. For more information, please call or visit the
Parish office.
FOOD COLLECTION FOR THE POOR
Please remember to bring non-perishable
items of food for those who are without
and place them in the baskets at the en-
trance of the church. There are many peo-
ple who are in need and there is never
enough food to go around. Help us to help
them as we bring these items to the Saint
Vincent DePaul Society, at St. Thomas
Church, to assist them in their ministry.
(Please do not bring toys or clothes).
PARYER GROUP ON FRIDAYS
Everyone who is interested in joining a young adults group is welcome to come on Fridays at
8:00 pm to the basement of the Church. There is prayer; charismatic music and discussion on
important matters of the spiritual and cultural live.
PARISH PRAYER JAR
The Youth Group would like to pray weekly
for the needs of the parish. The group has
decorated a prayer jar which is placed at the
back of the church along with cards to fill out.
Please take a moment to fill out a prayer
request and put it in the jar. It is anonymous.
Every week, we will collect the requests and
pray for each one as a group at the beginning of
our meeting. We know that prayers are important and powerful
and want to pray for you. We appreciate the prayers of the parish
for our youth and your continued support too!
