The Client Organization is an American, multinational, publicly
held company headquartered in New York creating systems software
that runs in mainframe, distributed computing, virtual ma-
chine and cloud computing environments. The company maintains
offices in more than 40 countries and employs approximately 12,700
people . Majorly located at five locations in India– Bangalore, Delhi,
Hyderabad, Kolkata & Mumbai. The company claims that its computer
software products are used by "a majority of the Fortune Global
500 companies, government organizations, educational institutions,
and thousands of other companies in diverse industries worldwide."
Challenge
The client, had a challenge of employee turnover at five major locations
in India. They wanted to introduce a strong analytical platform that cre-
ates a story board showing the top key drivers of attrition and their oc-
currence by business units and locations and do a future predictive
analysis.
The Problem Statement
The organization’s major challenge was to know and understand about
the attrition caused at five locations– Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyder-
abad, Kolkata using Integrated Workforce Analytics.
Collate data points from multiple sources.
Track the leading indicators from multiple sources using
hindsight, insight and foresight approach.
Do a predictive analysis based on the insights for future.
