Broga Town

• Broga is a small town that sits on the border of Selangor and Negri Sembilan in Malaysia. It is situated 50 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur and approximately 33 kilometres from Seremban, the capital of Negri Sembilan.

• Broga takes its name from the River Broga which runs through the area. The name Broga is believed to be derived from Buragas, a mythical beast that lives in the forest.

Broga Town

•Broga is an agricultural town and rubber is its main crop. Despite the shift from rubber to palm oil in many parts of Negri Sembilan and Selangor, rubber has remained as the most popular crop in Broga.

•Broga is surrounded by the lush green hills of a tropical rainforest and sits on the edge of the Titiwangsa Range.

Broga Hill Sunrise Climb

Bukit Broga, also known as 'Bukit Lalang', after the local species of grass that grows abundantly here. The panoramic view of the landscape from the top of Broga Hill has been described as incredible and offering one of the best sights from such a low hill. The hike is relatively easy, taking between 30-60 minutes to reach the highest peak depending on your fitness level.

Bike Tour

With few vehicles in sight and acres of traffic-free, rubber plantation trails to ride, a bike tour through Broga is a great way to explore this town and get in touch with nature. The flat terrain makes this ride a very relaxing one.
